    Supra pics??

    Welcome to the club mate:thumbs:
  2. So, like most on here, every year I spend stupid amounts of money on my car to take it (in my eyes) to the next level... From increasing power, to bodykits, to arches etc. If I decide to keep it then next year I want to maybe get the power up a bit more. The car could have been mapped to higher boost but we felt comfortable at around 630 rhhp wouldn't put "too" much stress in the stock bottom end. I see people like Hodge, Jamesy's old one running standard pistons/rods with uprated caps and bolts and getting big figures (850/900)... Just wondering is it as simple as getting billet main caps, arp main studs etc to make it cope with 850 ish...? I could then increase boost and see if I could get maybe 850 bhp. The head is a race spec from Dude, with 280's and uprated springs, I have arp head studs already, twin walbro's (the lines would need improving). I undertand there are LOTS of other supporting mods but the car has most (if not all) off the top of my head that it might need... Any input from you guys please. Also maybe turbo choice for 850/900 bhp incase I change that at the same time.
  3. Still wanting to get the right offset but really need the car back so I can measure everything properly... Will have to run spacers for the time being. I'm more confident with running slightly smaller ones (30mm) rather than massive 50mm ones. The fronts can just have longer wheel studs and a 10mm spacer to bring them out.
  4. Think the offsets are spot on, makes the car look very aggresive which is what I would want with the price you paid for them
  5. That's what thr Ridox fronts look like... They sort of bubble out over the wheel http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=ridox+supra&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=r2d&sa=X&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&biw=1440&bih=710&tbm=isch&prmd=imvns&tbnid=4DeNi75_VheE1M:&imgrefurl=https://gangstawerk.wordpress.com/2011/06/02/ridox-jza80-supra-2011/&docid=OVFfR2oIedp0xM&imgurl=http://dxiqpw.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pkwtZwDdviv3JSxWd2gn2z0kQ_ybOtlR6Bf14NMaCAFZstQzkutXe9cf86W441KRU-6nSf-NVtii3i9ZvX8c1Zj6k0_wIfsuL/1.jpg%253Fpsid%253D1&w=658&h=439&ei=cSmJT7LsC4Sk8QPU4YHhCQ&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=420&vpy=430&dur=785&hovh=183&hovw=275&tx=166&ty=158&sig=115547984723133988230&page=2&tbnh=156&tbnw=217&start=15&ndsp=21&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:15,i:107
  6. Few pic updates, all painted up and bits fitted, rears test fitted with screws about to be riveted. Bumper, wings, doors and rear arches freshly painted. The arches don't actually add as much width as what they say, rears about 35mm from the standard arches (50mm on spec) and fronts about 15mm (30mm on spec). Good job I didn't order the wheels yet...
  7. As said all fibreglass bodykits need work to fit, my Ridox stuff from Whifbitz were a good fit, but still needed work. I got a TRD spoiler from Knightracer a couple of years ago and it was a perfect fit. Just be prepared to spend a bit to get it perfect...
  8. My headgasket went on my car (albeit a GTE), and would push coolant through the expansion tank on boost. Around town it was fine, no mayonaise and very little loss of water. Sniff test FTW
  9. I have been using a "normal" Halfrauds battery in the boot for a while now, and I "think" I'm still fit and healthy lol
  10. with having a larger TB the response will be lower I think...
  11. Should be out of the bodyshop this week then finished by end of April... I've just got some polished goodies for under the bonnet (TB, pas res etc).
  12. I would love something like this to strip out and track it... If only you were a little closer...
  13. If you want them doing I can take them to him (Ibrar) if you cover half my diesel as I'm taking mine to him on 21st April...
  14. Try Nengun, they did a good price when I was looking for GT-V's...
  15. I'll be there was good a few years ago when we all went to billing aquadrome where Tom S sorted a marquee and booze... Anyone going to Japfest 2 at Donnington on the Sunday...? Think I'll do both and make it a full weekend.
  16. ha ha, class film... "Two weeks"

  18. My car should all be done in the next couple of weeks getting excited now... It's my 30th birthday a couple of days after we get back so this is my bday pressie to myself
