Well thought it was a bit to easy Even tho it test drove fine the day the work was carried out it misfired on start up in the morning. found that offending coil pack clip. Cut it right back and Installed the new one and she’s happy again.

Finally got round to the summer jobs swap both window regulators as the wire had began go to fray, Next fit the refurb ignition barrel Matt rebuilt so I now have one key again. Change the plugs Replace aero rear plastics as mine had lost both rubber stoppers Finally replace both rear aero fixings. the roof is now totally swapped front rear and parking locks.

Just out of interest do people carry insurance against breaking the screen trying to remove it? I wouldn’t be keen on “we will try not to but you know poop happens” types

I need to replace my low oil bulb as it’s given out. What are they spec wise, Never had to change one before

The lesson is dont ever listen to the local guy who is clearly a total con artist. The guy legit told me its totaled and would be 4k plus vat to fix. My guess is he would have done next to nothing charged that and laughed all the way to the bank.

So nissan looked it at yesterday. I also decided for 55 quid a month with service and mot included i would get them to do the check to take out the warranty. Sadly they found both front tyres at half tread..........thats it............Utter utter scum bags attempting to con 4k pus vat for a rebuild it never needed. Its now sat with the nissan warranty and no more stressing.
