my opinion is that its pathetic. If somone claimed that a product was faulty or not fit for purpose the company/individual should seek to resolve the issue or prove that the product is functioning as described. Threataning legal action is cheap scare mongering and only serves to harm thier reputation and consumer confidence in thier product.

Don't like the sound of melting cats.. Isnt the only ray to raise boost on a UK with a controller?

How essential is a decat when raising boost? I love how quiet the stock exhaust system is and dont want to be messing about putting a cat back in every MOT time. Can you just keep them in or loose one? Its a UK spec if it makes any difference.

At some point in the not too distant future I would like to increase the boost on my stock TT. I have taken a quick photo of my intercooler through the bumper. Does it look like it needs replacing? Overclocking can work really well. I have my AMD 4200 which comes at 2.4Ghz running at 3.1 Ghz its stable and maybe gets a reboot one a week if I've installed something.

Those quotes are on a UK spec supra. Try re-running the quotes on a GZ or RZ supra. I am paying 1300 fully comp with admiral on a UK TT. A j spec TT or NA were over 2400 fully comp for me :O ... I'm 21 too.

sometimes the other insurance company will just accept that it happened and make an offer to bring the claim to a close. Its cheaper then fighting or going to court.

A mate of mine was in a head on crash where the other driver was on the wrong side of the road. Left him very stiff and he still cant lift weights without pain. He has been to various specialists+physio. He has also had to visit an insurance assesor in dartford. The legal team on his own insurance are trying to push the claim forward but its still on going a few months later. I think its normally alot more straight forward then this. You did the right thing going to A+E as the other insurance company would say why didnt you get medical assistance if you were injured. Keep a reccord of anything and everything it has cost you, lost time. Events you may have missed and costs you have incurred. Keep reciepts and dont stop complaining until its payed. If thier offer of compensation is laughable then turn it down but dont be too greedy or overdramatic as it will hurt your claim.

Sorry to hear about it. Glad you're OK. At least it was the astra and not the supe. Maybe they will give you a new company car if its not fixable? Make sure you see somone about your injuries and you may as well claim for your personal injury on her insurance if possible. I guess your other half will have to ride around in the supra now. Maybe it will win her over yet.

yes, the petrol and insurance alone should keep most away. I find my self spending nearly 300 a month on fuel and over 100 a month on insurance.. not counting tax, oil changes etc...

Oh 8 months isn't so bad. I assumed much younger. Might still be worth getting her checked out incase there are others in there or any risk of infection. Might cost a few quid but its a small price for piece of mind. I have a 8 year old cat which will still try and suckle every now and again.

It sounds like she has had a miscarriage. I would visit the vets ASAP. If she is still breastfeeding then maybe she is really a bit young to be having kittens of her own. How old is she?
