  1. Its a solar panel of some sort... probably something really important like a solar powered air freshner - the kind of mental things the japs would come up with!
  2. hmmm that would shoehorn nicely into my landrover If only i had the money
  3. Sounds like its not been bled properly, untill you get a nice air bubble free pipe of fluid youll have a limp floppy one that wont do the job..
  4. Hunting season for the RWD car has begun... was the same year on year on SXOC
  5. 5 grand? haaaaaaaaaaahahahahaha Basically what Ric said, theirs nothing there warrent anything near that amount! The amount of large companies that get taken to the cleaners is just silly, more money than sense!
  6. The magic roundabout in swindon is mental, i grew up/learnt to drive around there and shortly after passing had to drive a transit van round it, i stuck to the blokes bumper who was following and just went for it, wouldnt wish that thing on anyone!! You see the sign for it and think its a piss take, but oh no

    Manhunt 2

Surely banning a game makes the certificate system a pointless waste of time? Or is this just parents who cant control/dont care about what their kids do blaming something else for their own shortcomings.. Release it as an 18, punish retailers and parents if kids get hold of it. This country is becoming far too wrapped up in cotton wool - and i dont even play games consoles! They will ban all car games next as they encorage us all to go out and drive like rally drivers/street racers, depending on if you played need for speed or WRC that morning
  8. What he said, i did mine with the rad still in, just be carefull not to damage it. As far as i know the only diff between manual and auto up that end is the oil cooler pipes in the rad. Its not an especially hard job to do, just take yer time and make sure you get the belt on the right teeth and your onto a winner!
  9. Damn it, bought something off ebay yesterday, gonna be a long wait for something i needed sharpish 20% of their business is already handled by private companies.... let the other 80% go!
  10. Ditto i got boost/oil pressure/oil temp 60mm ones from gaugeplace. They have peak recall/alarm etc, im very happy with them for the money
  11. Hello to Daman who came and said hi to me in the cue to get in Never seen a cue like it!! Apart from being an utter chav fest it was a good weekend, couple of very nic sup's floating about

Youll love it A mate of mine used to have one at about 500bhp. Took me for a spin down the road... it was awsome. "Right that was low boost" switch - vroom... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH
  13. Id be interested in this too. i like to do most things myself, but theres the odd thing i may wanna get done having read mufflemans post, woohoo!
  14. Yes opened on the 7th And 99 ron dropped one whole pence while it was closed!
  15. My dad won £1500. He worked out thats about the same as hed spent on it since it started though, so may as well not bothered My Aunt won £75K on an old ticket she was about to bin though, checked it on the off chance! Prooved nice things can happen to people as shed just got over cancer as well Then at the other end of the spectrum, my sister had the misfortune to have the "king of the chavs" (cant remember his name - tit who won the lottery) move in next door to her for a few months, completely trash the place and move out again, leaving drug stashes buried all over the place I however, have never won even a tenner, and dont bother playing it anymore. Even if i did win id forget to check the numbers
  16. Not in any great hurry to get rid of it so drop me a line when you want it and its yours if i still have it in the cupboard

  19. Ive got a standard auto one in my cupboard if your interested. I bought it when mine died but managed to fix it. Id like what i paid for it, which was £80
  20. Think its a mark one, sort of brushed effect. Best photo i can muster at the mo,.....
  21. Bought this from the group buy a couple of months ago, only to find i cant fit it as i have an odd shaped rad (it split, i fixed it leaving a lump on the side thats in the way of fitting the plate) So its brand new, just been sat on the shelf for a month or so. Yours delieverd to your door for £18 Paypal accepted
  22. 8.5 on the front, 9.5 on the back. Top ones
  23. Grew up on a farm in the deepest darkest parts of wiltshire actually If i needed to travel the 8 miles to the local town i got a bus, which required a 20 min walk to a bus stop. Its just a case that people these days have lost the use of their legs, if a bus doesnt stop in their bedroom and carry them on in the morning its considered barbarric Now i live 2 miles from where i work, meaning i dont rely on my car, or even a bus to get me to work.
  24. No... were just older we can look back and see exactly how dangerous we probably were, and how much we wouldnt want to share a road with our 17yo selves now. As for 17yo's needing to drive to get to their jobs, hog-wash... they survived untill they were 17 without a car, and generations before them survived their entire lives without a car. Very few people out there can say they NEED a car for anything.
