  1. Thanks Chris, it's probably just the angle of things throwing it off. I guess I'll find out one way or another I don't like the failure rate of the stock ones but I know what you mean, I would rather have the dampening properties of the stockers but they are letting go more and more often.
  2. The violence is as you would expect, lots of stabbing, slashing and shooting. The language is fairly bad too, lots of swearing throughout, no fbombs or anything that I noticed but plenty of moderate level swears. What part are you stuck at?
  3. Just finished this today after not very much time playing. I still have all the sidegames to play etc but I was very disappointed by the length of the actual single player of the game. I thought I had miles left to go when it suddenly finished. I had the game on "normal" mode so it's far too easy IMO. I've enjoyed what I have played though and look forward to the rest of the side-stories. Anyone else playing it?
  4. Scata is what comes after skettos
  5. Yup, good find. I can't see the little tub lasting me long though. My Wife has even taken a shine to it
  6. Is it not the "50" part that's the issue with a single turbo? I don't really think it's the single itself that's the issue, more that due to being a single tubby it might be getting used harder and the oil temps might be right up there thinning the oil and potentially getting past the rings? Might be making that up though lol.
  7. The price you were paying to begin with is ridiculous to be honest. I've always been around the £400-£500 mark. Not looking forward to the insurance hunting once single though
  8. You only need to start one thread bud, multi-spamming is a sure fire way to get infraction points.
  9. I've just finished fitting my ATI damper (Man what a job that was ). Everything is all tight and I've checked TDC and everything looks great. While at it I thought I might as well check the alignment of the rest of the pulleys. Now, for the best part I think everything is fine, I think I'm seen an almost optical illusion lol. Can anyone that's fitted one of these confirm that the aircon pulley looks as if it's further in than the crank pulley but when the belt is on everything looks as it should? I've wrapped the aux belt around the crank, the aircon and the power steering. When doing this it all looks great, I just have that lingering doubt. Thanks.
  10. Started a tub of Millicano this week. Very very nice coffee for an instant. The only trouble with the stuff is that it takes quite a lot of it to give it a nice strong flavour. As with most instants I tried a heaped teaspoon (well the ones we have are a bit larger than teaspoons but you get the idea). At first I was really disappointed at the weak taste but decided to give it another go the next day, doubling it up. It was nice but I made it with milk, wheras I usually use coffee mate or something like that, so the flavour was a little too milky for me. Yesterday I gave it ANOTHER go with 2 spoons of coffee, 1 level spoon of coffee mate and 2 sugars..... spot on. It's still not quite as good as the faithful tassimo but for an instant it's fantastic. I'll still be working my way through all the recommendations, but I'm happy to have found a decent instant already
  11. Yeah, but even "jailbreaking" will make no differene to that. Jailbreaking an iphone doesn't get you access to all the iTunes apps for free, it mearly gives you the ability to install non-official software. There are still lots of software via Cydia that need to be paid for. The SGII allows you to do what you like with it, within reason, right out of the box.
  12. Almost everything is free anyway bud. There's no need to jailbreak the Android as the development side isn't anywhere near as restricted as iTunes is. For every paid app there is generally a free alternative.
  13. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0948470/ I stand corrected, it's actually the lizard man that's the 'bad guy'. At least that's something I guess
  14. No... are you not reading... if you want blue they have to be sent back
  15. I found that very strange myself. I can only imagine he had other commitments as I can't imagine the production company not doing everything they can to pull the full "original" cast together. The 3rd hulk in nearly as many years
  16. To be honest luke warm water would probably kill it
  17. The green goblin bud. It's basically Spiderman re-made. I see VERY little difference going by the trailer. Justin Booboy looks and 2011 effects etc is about the only difference you will see IMO. As for the Hulk, I was happy that was re-made. It was a horrible movie, the remake had to be made to save the franchise. I thought the 2nd remake was a decent movie TBF, the first one I would rather forget entirely.
  18. If you are going to quote something I say at least quote the context it's said in. I said that they are more efficient meaning that to do a task they consume less power which is true. The new dual core phones haven't just been equipped with a dual core processor and left to it, they have been specially designed to use the technology in a clever fashion to conserve the energy (the stuff Michael was talking about). Couple in with that the fact that when they ARE doing something, they do it more efficiently than a single core processor this leads to more efficent and less power hungry phones (for the process). Clearly as they are dual core they can do a LOT more than a single core processor so if you are using a processor heavy app or multiple apps (as would most likely be the case) the phone will obviously drain faster and the cores will obviously use more power than a single core. That has no bearing on the efficiency though.. which is everything. The amount of time vs the power consumed to do a task is where the comparison must be based, everything else is just unfair. The advances in the way the processors are used has meant that my SGII outlasts my old HTC Desire by a few days on standby. I can get through a whole weekend (friday - monday) with moderate use whereas I was lucky to get through 2 days previously.

  20. I can't even remember how I stumbled across this but there's a new spiderman out in the 1st quarter of next year. The strange thing is that it isn't a sequel, they are going for a whole new remake of the remake of the remake of the original. I know it's been 10 years or so but that's absolutely nothing as far as a movie is concerned. Anyone else smell a cash pinata?
  21. Real, I seen it on tomorrows world in the late 80s. The only difference was the extremely cold superconductor was spinning at quite a high velocity. In saying that, I was young so I'm thinking out loud a little here, I think the spinning was to show the benefits of superconductor levitation due to the fact that it would spin for hours with very little energy loss. They were looking into harnessing it and turning it into a generator or something like that.
  22. White, with a good lacquer over the top
  23. Fantastic shots there. The clarity is unbelievable.
