  1. I had it before it was released, I was scared to play it in case I got banned lol.
  2. The Supra does look fantastic but I can't be doing with the unrealistic handling. I put it onto simulation steering with all the aids off for a reason. I want a simulation not a tail happy un-driveable wagon wheel cart. I don't think I'm asking for too much to be honest. I remember getting one of the GT supras in Forza 3 and it handled great, somewhere in the middle would be ideal so that there is room for improvement....... as there is IRL.
  3. There are 2 rear side/brake lights. With the fog switch off and the lights on you will have 2 half bright lights on both sides. When the brakes are pushed you will have 2 full bright lights on both sides. With the fog light switch on and the lights on you will have 1 half bright light and 1 full bright light on both sides. When the brakes are pushed you will have 2 full bright lights on both sides.
  4. Many happy returns! Great day for a birthday, hopefully got the whole weekend to enjoy
  5. I didn't notice much difference in the looks either to be honest. The scenery has been upped and the damage is pretty good but other than that it's like an extension pack for forza 3. I can't be bothered tuning the car to make it driveable, it should be driveable out of the box. The fine tuning should be to give it the edge, not make it turn a corner at a reasonable speed. Did you see my picture in FB?
  6. I'm officially gutted. I played a few levels, thoroughly enjoying them, so decided it was time to buy a Supra and see what she could do. I had free Toyota stuff so I maxed it out...... undriveable. Ok I thought, drop some of the power... took it down to 600hp with the rest of the mods in place... undriveable. I thought maybe I was out of touch with the game so I decided just to go back to the game. Lo and behold an RZ race presents itself after a few turns. Due to it being a few classes below the standard I have modified the Sup to I had the game auto remove the mods. I am now at 366hp with a load of weight mods etc. The car is STILL undriveable. I can only put it down to really crap handling characteristics inputed for the supra (was forza 3 this bad?). 1st gear no traction (I had plenty of traction at 400hp+). The steering is unbelievably wallowy. You will be driving round a corner feeling as if it's rocking around it. If you even touch the steering once in a corner you will lose the back end, if you put the same degree of steering on on a straight nothing happens. I turned it off, I can't be doing with that to be honest. At 360hp a Supra is VERY easy to drive, very hard to lose (unless being silly) and will stick to the road very well. The stock attributes in that game are more like a golf cart. Oh, and the degree you can pull a supra to in real life while still holding it is unbelievable. In the game if it tilts over something like 5 degrees the back end is gone. Load of crap.
  7. They are limited with space to be honest. The game is 2 dual layer DVDs big. They would need to increase the range on most cars if they were going to give more options. It would end up a silly size.
  8. I thought it was the same as Forza 3 too.... which I also thought was fantastic. I was assuming that Josh was thinking of something else as there is a LOAD of non-bling rims. I'm running Volk TE37s just now.
  9. Just remembered you need to pay for XBL. I rarely play the thing so no point in getting a membership just for this
  10. To be fair this was my 3rd or 4th time watching it. The first time I just took it at face value and just took it as being an alien. I didn't even notice the door until the 2nd viewing, and even that was probably by chance.
  11. Wheel choice is fantastic mate
  12. I would have a look for a dodgy earth then bud. I've not read of anyone's lights dimming other than when the dimmer has been turned down.
  13. The whole point of the film is to raise the question about the whole was he/wasn't he an alien. I'm pretty sure Jeff covers most of the answers to how he could have came to know the knowledge that he does, it's all theory though regardless of which side of the divide you chose. The few key things that made up my mind for me are as follows...... The Hypnosis - I came to the conclusion that Prot is a childhood imaginary friend and, like a multiple personality disorder, took over the body when the character could no longer cope. The smirk at the end of the movie - This could either be to show that Prot is still in his body and never left (that would be a wierd ending for me) or that there never was an alien and he has just suffered from a traumatic emotional event but he is still there so to speak. The door being left open - Near the end of the movie there is a pause on the door as he Jeff's character rushes through it. There are very few mistakes in movies (none that I noticed in this one) and this certainly isn't one. The pause is there for a reason, it's to bring the audiences attention to it. However, it is very subtle and given what is going on at the time it seems to have been missed by just about everyone. For me it's the "out" for how Bess disappeared without actually saying it. For me it's a beautiful story with nothing to do with aliens other than as is discussed by the characters. If you see the movie from this perspective, for me, it just brings another dimension to it all... much like One flew over the cuckoos nest. It's a fantastic movie and I don't see it at all as a sci-fi movie.
  14. The sun bakes the surface and over time it errodes. Next question
  15. How much are the pedals? I've been after a set for AGES.
  16. I take it you realise there is a dimmer knob on the right hand side of the drivers panel? I've read a few people having the same issue as yourself... but each time they didn't realise there was a dimmer.

    The Avengers

That's what I thought too, I groaned as I recalled the last remake hoping it was something different.
  18. I wanted something on in the background while messing with my xbox, and I had been meaning to watch it again for a while, so I threw on K-Pax. IMO it's a stunning story (I haven't read the book so can't compare) that really does get the old brain thinking outside the box for a little while. What are your guys take on it? After finishing the movie tonight I decided to type in "K-Pax explained" into google to see what popped up. To my surprise there are very few people who actually think along the same lines as I do (I guess it's because I'm cynical). They all ask for answers based on one pivotal point and yet the most obvious answer, for me, was never discussed. What is your take on the ending? I won't spoil it with my opinion for now, I'd just like to get a bit of insight on other viewers opinions before tainting any answers with mine.
  19. This had better be good, I just spent 2 hours "fixing" my xbox for this lol.
  20. With regards to the Pancho thing. Going by your new found shape it would appear that you have actually been working hard on the look
  21. That looks like fun Water transferring would probably be a good idea.

    The Avengers

Definitely. They are guaranteed a hit though so should have stretched to the full "original" cast.
