Mate I can understand your frustrations but perhaps the way you are going about it could cause some tensions! If my engine blew up and I was given the advice you have by Turbofit and as a result the turbo blows up I would be Pi**ed too but have a read through your posts and image how this is interpreted by others!? I can understand that when you go to a trader you expect to pay for advice as well as a service. In my opinion Turbofit is circumstance really as I suspect they knew the plans for the company long before any of us did so possibly did not care past handing the keys back to you. I can also understand the frustration at Hyper. They advertise as supra specialists and if you ask for a car to be mapped to 1.4 bar alarm bells should start ringing and they should query it - at the end of the day if its what the customer wants its what the customer gets providing you warn them of the consequences. Be interested to know why they cant tell if its hybrids from the parts all over the garage floor??

BPU will easily get to 1 Bar on 1st tubbie would it not? so Matt's should have no probs at all. I get to 0.9 on first and 1.0 on second and only part BPU?

So can anyone recommend somewhere to get this welded then? Also is a little bit of oil on the thread of the spark plugs ok? Changed them this evening, theres not loads just a bit, plugs look fine, not all black like they have been burning oil.

Not sure what has cause the damage and I have not hit anything so I can only assume it was done before I bought the car. Ah ok did not realise it was the bell housing my bad. Not sure if anything has been damanged internally but im thinking this is why the gear changes are lumpy and that the gear oil I have ordered is not going to resolve that issue?

lol does look like that I would have thought it would leak but there is non on the floor in the garage where the car is parked every night. Does the supra warn you if the autobox fluid is low? I would go and check the level but its pitch black outside.

RobSheffield and I were fitting my Nur spec last weekend and rob pointed out some damage on the back of the torque convertor, nether of us were sure if this was a major issue or not. Looking for some input on this issue to guage if its repairable or if I need to replace the convertor? Its looks worse than it is in the pics but there is a definate hole aprox 5mm across. Its right on the natural curve of the convertor.

possibly but they are bulky so I will have to investigate how much to pack and send them, last time I sent something of a similar size it was £25 Ill get some pics up tonight!
