Yep, opted for the easy/expensive option. Drained the Sump, measured and filled it. Drove the car for a but in all gears and repeated the process till I had gone through 12 Litres of oil. At the end the stuff coming out was the same colour as what I was putting in so I recon I have got most of the old stuff out. TC damage is beeing looked at on 27th when I get the geo done at TDI north. Does not appear to be any damage to the TC so its just being welded up!

Changed the gearbox oil today and wow what a difference. Following my previous list of issues I never truely believed that the oil would make any difference! I glad to say I was wrong and the lumpy changes in almost every gear are now gone, nice smooth changes! Very Impressed!

Your post is a bit worrying Jody, could you poss elaborate abit on what you mean? I understand the supporting mods bit but then engine damage is concerning\confusing me?

H, have a look at mine, they do make the Jspecs stick out like a sore thumb but at a later date you have an excuse to upgrate them too!

Avant gaurd is good but I think has too much stuff on that you dont need. I have the 650 MKII and im very impressed with it, apart from the old remotes are not compatible with it

Your right according to company house they are still in business, they are meant to submit paperwork if they intend to close the business which has not been done. However if Graham C is progressing a claim through the small claims court I would imagine this would be the first thing they would do/suggest! editted orignial post!

edited - As the company has closed (poss gone out of business) Matt you are limited in what you can do anyway. With a Ltd you can never claim against an individual only the company, dependant on how Turbofit close the company depends on your options, its more than likely they will go into insolvency and the only route is a small claims court, the law has just changed which benefits claimants over the government though, now the insolvency company get in there first and take there cut for their fees and then the rest is split between claimants finally any outstanding VAT is paid. or this is as understand it from Kate. As an explaination of what Pete has said there is nothing to stop a.n.other from turbofit setting up another company doing the same thing, just the current directors of Turbofit can not i.e. Sam
