1. Your exactly the same age as my other half... Essex too... Anyway, Jspec TT is probably your best compromise, preferably a GZ as it comes with more gizmo's and stuff - leather seats, cruise control etc I've got one and its an auto and I love it! The auto box in the soop is the best ive ever used in any car, really easy to predict... its the second tubby firing up that can catch you out Get a N/A for a couple of years, get the hang of steering with your right foot, enjoy the looks you get then move on to a naughty twin turbo when you get yourself a few more years no claims. Or get yourself a really nice ford puma Cant blame me for trying
2. Hello Mate Do the wheels have good tires? Any idea of how much you are after for them? Photos?
3. Yeah different wheels, those ones are the same as Ians (scoboblio). They look very similar but the spokes curve slightly differently towards the ends.
4. I used to get toyo proxes from mytires.co.uk and they were perfect, good value for money and two day delivery aswell! Jobs a good'un
5. I popped on the first one today and it made me wanna go out and drive silly! I remember when it came out and every one poured out of the cinema into their little saxos, corsas & festers and spent hours wheelspinning round B&Q carpark. Im glad I didn't have the soop back then otherwise i probably wouldn't have made it home that night.
6. How easy are these to wire in? Ive got a cobra alarm and would love a tub timer but am a little worried that it could cause serious probs with my alarm. Anyone got any ideas?
7. I was crossing the roundabout from Marks Tey on the way to Colchester for a bit of shopping. I was in my company astra (free fuel "ahem" ) so you wouldn't have noticed me. Nice looking soop mate, looks just like mine but with skirts.
8. Only briefly and at the start but there are another couple of soops on the DVD. Inparticular there is a silver one which I recognise but cant place, it had a personal plate on it in a really bold font... thats all I remember... not much use but nevermind, you're on there a couple of times up the strip Its worth a watch even though the narration is really really bad and the presenter is as wooden as a ikea wardrobe, there are lots of good memories on there aswell as one or two cheeky ladies along the way. Worth a watch IMO
9. Do you know what model it is?
10. Afternoon all, Its been ages since I read a Sci-fi book and got this one for xmas. Finished reading it this morning and thought I'd post a quick write up. The book is set as a prequel to the xbox series of games and leads up to the moments just before the Pillar of Autumn is attacked at the start of the first game. It begins with a big battle between human & covenant forces then flashes back 25 years to the beginning of the SPARTAN 2 Project where it introduces you to the chief as a boy. It builds a really good background story about the Master Chief and the events leading up to the games. On the whole it is a well written and involving book with some really great battles which are described in a way that allows you to feel part of the action. It could have done with a damn good proof read as there is a smattering of typos and a couple of sections where they have used the same overcomplicated expressions too frequently but if you can let these go and like a good old bit of sci-fi halo action then this will definitely float your boat until the third game arrives. I'd give it 8/10 and have just ordered the other two books that follow in the series and hope they are just as good. Bring on Halo 3!
11. Spotted a lovelyl looking soop yesterday afternoon pulling onto the roundabout by the Marks Tey A12 Junction. It looked EXACTLY the same as mine! Same wheels, same colour... spooky stuff, I thought someone had half inched mine! Couldn't see a sticker but wondered if it was anyone on here? Heres a pic of mine, if anyone knows of one that looks the same in the colchester area let me know... It would make for a very cool picture
12. Received mine a couple days ago, well impressed with it. :) Thanks very much :)
13. From all accounts its like eating a rolo when you fancy a kilo bar of dairy milk, it gets you by for a short while but is nowhere near as good as the real deal.
14. MarkTheBoy

a joke

Its a good one mate!
15. I go by radio 1's reviews a lot of the time and they reckon its worth seeing. They haven't let me down yet... apart from brokeback mountain, I took a raincheck on that one.
16. How much??? More like £7k to £9k depending on quality... surely!
17. I was amazed when I heard that they were taking the prisons to court for forcing them to go cold turkey by preventing them access to smack.... FFS !!!! SMACK IS ILLEGAL, THATS WHY YOU'RE LOCKED UP YOU MORONS!!! What do they want? Prescribed doses, matches, a spoon and a needle... they would never want to leave prison again! A friend of mine is a detective in the Met and he's of the "unofficial" opinion that once you're hooked on heroin, excluding a bullet to the back of the head, nothing can be done to make you an honest citizen again. This country makes me so f#cking angry that they let these c#nts get a tiny sentence for mugging, burglary and theft, have a free ride inside then come out and sue the country for punishing them in the first place. Poor crims. This countrys collapsing into the filth it creates, it really makes me angry!
18. Damn, didn't realise it had been posted before, I did a search on here for shemales and it didn't come up... never ever thought i'd be searching the mkiv forum for that!!! It made me laugh anyway! Poor bugger, very very busted!
