I'd be interested in the answer to this too. Sounds like a newbie question but what does changing your plugs actually improve? Timing? Size of spark therefore size of explosion? Surely if the ones already fitted are doing there job what do you gain? Likewise with a replacement fuel pump are you simply bringing the fueling back to what it used to be before wear and tear got the better of it, or does it actually kindof 'force more in'? Ta

What route are you going? A13 - A406? or M25 then down to the 406 (M11/A1 etc) Im leaving stansted at about 6ish and really fancied joining a convoy, im not saying hang about for my but if i know which route you're going and what time you're leaving lakeside I can try and catch you up
