    She's Home!

i LOVE aero's! Looks wicked mate - colour is good!
  3. well over the last week, I've had to have a new windscreen due to stone-chip and crack, new foglight due to stone, and my missus now needs a new front tyre and possibly alloy due to mishap with kerb and dodgy drivers on the road..... Makes me feel down - especially when the car is covered in Sh*te from the weather etc.... but when its clean I'll love it again!
  4. I go through phases like this sometimes. But I always come back round to loving the car shortly afterwards - I'm a petrolhead at heart and just love cars - no matter what they are. Hope you make the right decision for you - if you're not interested, sell it and see how you feel afterwards - you might miss it and get straight back into Supra ownership, or you might never get another one. I kinda doubt the later though - once a Supra lover, always a Supra lover
  5. Glad to see the little man is ok Good to see him smiling - and virtually intact (physically) too! Bring on TG 2007
  6. i subscribed about a month before it went under. Received no notifications of its demise, no emails, no magazine(s) or anything. I've killed the DD at my bank now. Still get Future Publishing emails though....
  7. I got MINE today too! Excellent stuff! Isn't it bad luck to look at a calendar in advance???? please say no.... i want to look!
  8. I always think statements like that are a bit harsh... its not THAT bad, and its got some nice improvements over IE6... Lots of people like different features - i say try it and see what you think....
  9. I'm using IE7, and not had any other problems - other than this one...: IE7 does NOT work on all router web interface pages!!!! I have a problem whereby i update some settings on my router, press save, and then the page times-out. I went out, bought a new router, and it did EXACTLY the same thing. I then used firefox/ie6 - and it worked fine!!!! Grrrr... cost me a new sodding router! Other than that, works fine. Work won't roll it out yet as its not compatible with all the web-front end applications we use.
  10. yay! must make sure i'm watching that one!
  11. it has to be an NA - i sailed past him like he was standing still...... Or someone that doesn't give a d*mn...
  12. As title... yellow Supra with veilside kit on the M27 from pompey to southampton tonight... You were following a while Porsche who was being a t*t - i saw him pull from fast lane right across to slow lane, then onto the hard-shoulder and back on the road further up to avoid traffic. I was in my Leon, i sat behind you for a while, then overtook you and the porsche, before you overtook me again later on. Anyone from here? I've seen another spotted thread for you on here too....
  13. I thought it did look quite similar. If you look at the thumbnails of the entire selection of photos, you'll see 1 yellow one that looks very close to it. But the enlarged version doesnt work, so it's hard to tell if it is or not... even the wheels look the same, but decals don't.
  14. FYI - Vista minimum and recommended Specs..... Minimum Requirements (Vista-Capable PCs): 800 MHz Intel-compatible processor 512MB of RAM DirectX 9.0-Capable Graphics Processor 20GB HD Recommended Requirements (Premium-Ready PCs): 1 GHz Intel-compatible processor 1GB RAM DirectX 9.0-Capable Graphics Processor, with 128MB graphics memory. (64MB of graphics memory to support a single monitor less than 1,310,720 pixels [no more than 1440x900]; 128MB of graphics memory to support a single monitor at resolutions from 1,310,720 to 2,304,000 pixels [no more than 1920x1200]; 256MB of graphics memory to support a single monitor at resolutions higher than 2,304,000 pixels [more than 1920x1200]). 40GB HD with at least 15GB "free space" I've seen, used and been playing with Vista Beta for a while - if you want it to look nice, and have all the functionality, you'll need a powerful pc.
  15. glad to help mate - I THINK black is usually the Main, but if it doesnt work, swap em over! Enjoy
  16. I personally would STAY CLEAR of Vista - at least for a while. Its still not as stable as it should be, same as any operating system that comes out, apps aren't all guaranteed to work on it (yet) and you need a high powered PC to get the best out of it (lots of RAM, decent GFX card etc)
  17. you can still get around that if you know how Taking longer now though, as there are soooo many checks they do.
  18. ditto imi.. Best bet, i'd say, is to use the WinXP CD and run a windows repair on the PC. Checkdisk on the HDD as well (from repair console on WinXP CD) might also clear up any problems in the boto sequence. My mate actually has exactly the same problem, and I'm supposed to be fixing it next week. If you haven't solved it by then, I'll let you know how I got on. But if you have solved it, let me know so i know what to do
  19. again, delete this to tidy up the thread, but i'd just like to say it's excellent for newbies like me, it really helps to explain and clear things up And keep all answers in one place! Good stuff

ditto - but nothing google can't answer
  21. internal wireless card will probably be inside a small, almost credit-card sized flap on the bottom of the laptop. I SAY PROBABLY - it might be under the keyboard. The card will have 2 wires running from it, both along one edge. Both of these wires are the antenna's. One is Main, one is AUX. Make sure both of these are attached. They probably attach to antenna's either in/near the screen hinges, or run up along either side of the laptop screen.
