    Id have a look at the fuel pump ECU. What to do, open the diagnostic port in the engine bay, bridge ports B+ and Fp, be careful the wire gets fooooking hot! If it runs the fuel pump ECU is dead

    Hi mate, no sorry Ive only got what Ive got. Theres a compressor on my spare engine but its been sat for a long time, its probably totally trashed.

    Have you pulled the error codes? If it was immobilised it wouldn't even start. Also thats a feature of the Mk2 GS, pretty sure the Mk1 wasn't immobilised through the ECU

    Local factors sells Gates hose off the reel which I use, its good quality stuff.

    First off welcome Second off dont kill another Aristo, theres hardly any left now Thirdly basically its the same engine (assuming you have a 147) But theres a lot of little differences that make swap difficult

    Ignition components are notorious for failing when hot. Hight temperature means high resistance in electrical components
