All done now appart from cleaning the outside, which is looking like it may be a struggle to do and keep clean, I shall be bringing a few small spares and tools along too, including a aux belt, and a spare "Hid shirt" for those who, "couldn't find one"!! to borrow.

Thanks, yes my fan does come on and for now I have just removed the fuse, but I'll have a look and try that little jump.

I have just removed all my air con, and before I flash everything up I wondered if there are fuses or relays I should be removing, there has to be some electrics I need to isolate. does anyone have any help or advice. Thanks, Bob.

Hi Mihai, I'll get some photo's up tomorrow and run through what I did.

I've been stuck in there for three days now,and it's now sending out ransom notes. I have the radiator out to remove all the air con stuff, it hasn't worked for years now and I don't miss it, also fitting a CW refurbished power steering pump, doing both belts, new plugs, new rocker cover gaskets, repainting/repollishing a lot of bits, new rear OEM discs, refitting the second Cat ready for MOT in two weeks, then its the mega clean, top to bottom, and inside to out. I'll be too worn out to go on't Dragonball.

Thought I would get up close and very personal with my engine, then her indoors came running out with the camera. I'm just in the process of doing quite a few jobs in preparation for Dragonball, and while I had all the front of the bay out I found it much easier to work on the engine by climbing in, great if you a stump like me, don't know if it would work if you were six foot twenty
