  1. X-Wrap in Leighton Buzzard quoted me £800 depending on what body kit I had, seen their work and it looked nice.

  7. Cheers mate, thought thats what he said but then though I must have got it wrong:)
  8. Hey Lui, can you just confirm what time the convoy Rockingham will depart the Ibis tomorrow? Ithought you said meet at half 9 today but then reading through the threads it looks like I might have it wrong.
  9. Wez, I know a guy just outside MK who designs and builds heavy duty PSU amongst other stuff. We use him a lot through work for repairing smaller SMPSUs, but I know he does much larger stuff too. For example I recall he designed a supply for milk float motors some time back, now that's big! I can pm his details if it helps. It may be worth you talking to him as he may have something off the shelf that he could modify to meet your requirements.
  10. Just fitted one of these to my car, it's the second Supra I have fitted it to. Only ever found them from that guy. Will say although in Oz he delivers pretty fast. We also put one on my GFs Delsol. Decent quality, but as the other guy says, take your time fitting and be careful not to stretch it (not such an issue on the Supra one as they are wider). Chav mod indeed, nonsense!
  11. I live about 6 miles from pod and it's just started to spit with rain:( Just need to put my plates, lights etc back on the car after a full day of spraying it yesterday and then will leave.
  12. Are all the drag places sold now then? I wont know if I am working or not until Thursday.
  13. That's what I thought, it's either that or the GF's Honda Del sol Oh no! /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_shock.gif
  14. Had to work this weekend and come home from Paris tomorrow, so my car didnt get sprayed:( So, if I dont have to work next weekend and come in a car preped and in primer and filler, no-ones going to moan are they? I dont mind hiding it;)
  15. If you are still looking Mathew: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-SUPRA-JZA80-EXHAUST-MANIFOLDS-TURBOS-/140437130153?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20b2b48ba9
  16. Martin, Have you tried the dunking them in lemon juice treatment? It won't fix worn out sensors but it may rejuvinate them enough to prove if they are the problem. Some useful info on here: http://rover800.gaima.co.uk/Rover800/www.pallant.f2s.com/rover/tech/lambda.htm
  17. My NA used to do this randomly, sometimes it would be fine for weeks and then all of a sudden out of the blue it used to idle like a sick dog. Couldnt get to the bottom of it until one day it actually cut out on me at a set of lights and on this occasion (only this occasion) it stored a fault code which I can't remember but basically when I looked it up it was along the lines of "signal from TPS lost for more than XX seconds". I checked for continuity between the TPS and the ECU and it was fine so I then cleaned the contacts on the tps and re-sprung the contacts in the plug on the loom and it cured the problem and to date hasnt returned. May be something completely different in your case but just an idea.

    It Lives

    Good work Dude, looks great!
  19. Thanks, I should have an Acer one here somewhere from my own pc.
  20. Looks like good fun, those beards are a bit ZZ Top!
  21. Bump. Still cant fix it, any ideas anyone?
  22. If you have 12v at the fitting then it can only be something very simple. You've ruled out the bulb so it can only really be bad contact between the bulb and holder, or no ground connection between the outer part of the holder and the car body. Do you have a multi meter, or even a small bulb with wires attached you can use as a tester?
  23. We used to have a good laugh in our old office. It was a partition based office and we had our own little bit where we could have a great laugh in without disturbing anyone. Then we got a new head of Dept. who came in and changed everything. Earlier this year we moved to a new Office complex and he played a massive part in its design, its all very white with matching desks, paper trays etc and all very open plan. The atmosphere and dynamics have changed completely now and the new guy (who incidentally is a great bloke, but just a little anal over certain issues) gets a little wound up if we stray from the norm. I guess I am lucky though as I am in charge of my own team and they are mostly in the field, so that gives me the chance to get out or do field work as and when I wish.
  24. I was up all night with reall bad stomach pains and the craps. So much so I have taken a day off today as I feel so shite. I have only taken something like 4 days off sick in the past 2 years so it's not something I do often, but I really do feel crap today. Reading this post has not made me feel any better.
  25. Is it maybe a sensor switch connection for the driver seat belt warning for LHD models? And Jackso, what was the overheating problem with yours the other day, cured now?
