Have you replaced the stock convoluted hoses on the intake side of the turbo's like in the pic below? They can collapse inside restricting the intake flow but look fine from outside causing issues with boost, I had a similar problem when I was BPU

I went billet mains as well when I built my engine, full Arp, pistons, rods, fully balanced etc just to future proof it while it was in bits.

Saw a number of Supra's yesterday dotted about the show on different stands, I put a forum business card under the front wiper of a few of you. Shame we couldn't get any interest in a mkivsupra.net club stand, there would have been enough to get a decent size stand

I am on Toyota Lifestyle club stand with corrupt sapphire this time, meeting at the Travelodge in Towcester 6.30 onwards, leaving at 7.30 if you want to to meet there

It was my first time showing my car this year, but there was a lot of interest in the cars over the three days. How it compares to other years I couldn't say as I have only ever managed a day visit, hopefully Ian can answer this question more accurately.

How badly scored is your crank? Roland Alsop (http://www.rolandalsop.com/) did a great job doing all my machining work, including line boring Titan billet main caps. Cost me about £1000 for rebore block to 86.5. Gap piston rings, balance pistons and rods, polish crank, balance whole rotating assembly etc. They are also very knowledgable. Why not see if you can get the scoring ground out of the stock crank and fit oversize bearings if you are happy with around 500 bhp? I rebuilt my engine to be capable of over 1000hp and it's not cheap to do

No he didnt see it, the valuation was done by pics I sent and my modification list. He did some research on my car like previous mot's and looking for other cars for sale and what they sold for.

I have recently cancelled my insurance with Sky/Safely insured and given my business to Reis motorsport. Sky would not increase my agreed value this year, which has been the same value for the past three years even though these cars are increasing in value. Reis asked for an independent valuation, so I contacted this guy John Glynn at https://classic-car-valuations.com/ , 3 days later after sending loads of pics and specs I received a 5 page valuation. My car is now insured with an agreed value I am happy with and more realistic in todays market. It seems Sky/Safely insured have lost their way with these cars now
