Ha ha, fair enough. I would offer to do it for you but wouldn't fancy the responsibility of working on somebody elses car. I would imagine any decent auto electrician would be able to do it for you. Unfortunately I don't know of any to recommend in Manchester.

If you're confident enough then DIY that's what I do now. Alternatively I had all fluids replaced when I first got mine by TDi North in Warrington. Heard good things about Cjris Wilson but he's a bit too far away from me so haven't used him as yet.

Saw a silver N reg Supra at the petrol station in Kirkby Stephen earlier today. I can't remember what time it was. I was on my bike at the time.

Sounds like a good plan. I have HIDs in my dipped but the fog lights look like a pain to convert. Your car looks awesome either way.

The new Mercedes Sprinter are the same so I would imagine probably the same on new Mercedes across the range.

I believe you have to have independent side lights for MOT purposes. Have a look on the direct.gov website for MOT

The Rotas are nice, very similar to the Works wheel. I think you'd be looking at a +35 offset on those in an 18" wheel. They are a budget rim compared to Volks etc but I know they are a popular wheel manufacturer and a few on here have Rota wheels. I've not personally heard any horror stories.

I have just swapped my PIAA led bulbs fir these 9 led ones. Like you I have 4300k HIDs and they match perfectly. I put my old LEDs in my number plate lights.

Depending on what style you're after I would agree with Chris. Why not check out Jurgen's thread and get some from Japan shipped over in his container?

I think Porsche have got the styling spot on with the current 997. The retro styling hues definitely work IMO.

Tipp-Ex or any brand of correction fluid would do. Could also use Cif Cream as an alternative to polish too

That's ridiculous although I reckon had there not been Armco this clown would have done the same. It seems to be a common theme with drivers of German cars.

True but in all honesty I tend to have positive responses from other road users etc but as has been said this guy was just a kn0b.
