  1. I've tried them again. They asked for a photo of the gold mines plate which I sent them...then nothing
  2. Cable tie the rod to the bonnet, cut it off when you want to go home
  3. I don't think so, I'm just being picky
  4. Thanks, its difficult to find as its a repair part for a loom so not normally on the parts pages, good to know another site with diagrams of parts though thanks Found this on the other forum for anyone else who ever comes across this post... 90980-11428 Housing, 82998-12440 Terminal, and then an ebay search for the housing part number brings up someone selling both as a kit
  5. Does anyone have the part number for the plug that connects to the temp sensor in the water neck connecting to the top rad pipe? Toyota say they can only find the part if I give them the number off the plug....which is useful when the plug is missing off the loom. The temp sensor that it plugs onto looks like this....
  6. I think you mean Keron, he breaks them. Not sure if the bonnet is still available but I have a feeling it was around £900, might be wrong though as that was from memory about 10 years ago
  7. Ah I see. I'm not too bothered about 5 settings, just want warm I'll look out for the uk switch thanks. Anyone got a photo of it on here so I know what I am looking for and in case I can find it out of a different Toyota?
  8. I may be wrong but I don't think that heated seats where an option on the supra when new? Anyway I am about to order some new leather seat covers from the states for my seats as they are looking a bit tired and thought I would put heated seat pads in there this time around. Wondering if anyone knows of a toyota or lexus that had heated seats with similar dash lay out to the supra that I can find the buttons/switches from and put in the supra dash to keep a stock look as I don't want crappy round rocker switches.
  9. I will have a look in the garage later, think I might have mine
  10. Ah cool, I will do that then. Adfter calling the other day and being given a price for a fuse box cover of £65 +vat I thought I would ask on here for this first!
  11. Think it's called battery insulator
  12. The plastic cover that slips over the sides of the battery, mine has gone walkabout.
  13. Thanks Not really a fan of the flared spokes but thank for hte link
  14. Not sure what I am going to go with so will consider anything. I do what 19" though.
  15. Bit odd if you only just touched the wall as the part you see the tyre meet the wheel is not where the tyre is sealed against the wheel. Put a picture up. Should be easy to repair if it's slight.
  16. whole engine bay needs a good clean, its been in the bodyshop for a few weeks with the bonnet open. Thanks for pointing that out though
  17. They do look like sensor plugs of some kind but the water ones in the aluminium elbow are both already connected.
  18. obviously the ones in red tape. I am not sure why but the photos rotate when I upload them, easyier to look at if they were clockwise rotated 90deg.
  19. I have 2 plugs pictured below before I can start my car after years of being off the road, unfortunately a) I didn't unplug them so don't know where they go, and b) it was about 4 years ago they were unplugged and the person who did unplug them has no idea where they go. Any ideas? They are located front of the block, drivers side under the intercooler pipework.
