I am new to the world of supras! bought mine yesterday, new import, going to pick it up next saturday. As you know a lot of cars new from japan don't have alarms so I am looking to have one fitted before I pick it up. The garage fit cobra or Clifford Avanti alarms so I was going to have a Avanti maxx3 put on.
I have been told I won't get the boot release feature as I will need an extra motor for this to work....is this true?
I acctually wanted a toad alarm but they don't sell them and so won't fit them.
The toad alarm I wanded was the Ai606. The other option of course is to get a toad fitted after I buy it....anybody know anyone that will do this for less than £300 and works weekends? I am in north london area by the way. The fitters I found only seem to work in the week and I can't be where my car is.
Any help would be good!
