    That looks more in line with my budget - put them in tank and more from 14 gauge to the 10 gauge (might be 12 gauge cant remember) wire out of tank Will look to take some pics of the install once completed Thanks

    Hi Chris, As always do you happen to have a link for an example of a proper fuel feed? I used the approach above with 2 wires into 1 and drilled through for the earth - 10 gauge for the earth and +ve but perhaps it maybe time to upgrade again.

    I brought the car back from the garage today for some trouble shooting - it turned out to be a spark plug FFS all that worrying. The box is still noisy but now works fine where before it was horrendous! Will change mount to help with the noise. Always start with the simple things.

    Bump - I have been a member since 2005, please trust me and send me your chassis number so Incan rebuild my gearbox. Thanks Jon

    If you have a TT6 that left the factory as a TT6 with a V160 i.e. non facelift. Please can you pm me your chassis number as I need it for a gearbox rebuild. Can anyone reading this let me know if they know if there is a difference between a UK V160 and a Jspec V160. Thanks Jon

    Sounds good, I'm 5 mins from Dunmow. Supragold is Stortford and Adi isnt far away either. To avoid hijacking this thread once we know what the plans are then we can put a convoy thread up for essex / cambridgeshire.

    Dont forget they probably road tested the vehicle so it would have done more than your 50m
