  1. Wow Rob! What a star. You have PM chap.
  2. UGP, I cut a full size one down for my aero and as long as you cut it right you can't tell. http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/5792/dsc00162ha9.th.jpghttp://img179.imageshack.us/img179/3940/dsc00167zu0.th.jpg
  3. I'd hazard a guess and say that the big button on the auto stick isn't working. You can D, N, 2 and L without that and those are what you have. To check Lukeboy's idea though put your foot on the brake pedal with the engine off and key at stage 2, if it's working you can hear the relay click as you push the brake down.
  4. That works out at about £192 I'd be interested to see how much it would cost me from Mr. T with my usual discount...
  5. Is this all sorted now by the way? Why were you looking at importing the seals? Can't you just buy them from your local Mr. T If you get a price from your local Mr. T let me know how much and for what part number.
  6. Do you happen to have a drivers side quarter window off an aerotop without any dinks by any chance?
  7. That will be fine Rob, I've been waiting nearly 2 months for Toyota.
  8. I'm after 3 of the dlips that go on the windscreen air vent Vent is in Red, clip I'm after is in Green You can see by the EPC that Toyota went all out with the diagram and description..... There is four on the grill, not five and it looks nothing like the diagram. Mr. T can't find them, so I'm here. http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/4347/image3ok.jpg http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/9250/image1qkx.jpg
  9. Not sure how you could bend the pin, there not exactly dantie and they have a fixed position on the car. I'd expect it's just rusted solid. Anyway, good luck!
  10. If you have a boost leak you won't notice it unless your boosting. Which makes it a bit of a poo to diagnose. I was reading your first post again, your not getting one flat spot, your getting loads every 2 seconds... right? This isn't boost leak, I'm the king of boost leak and this isn't it. This sounds more like fueling or ignition. If it does it every time, it should be relatively easy for a competent garage to diagnose. Thor is in Warwick which is only an hours drive from you unless there is someone closer, who knows their stuff.
  11. It requires lots of patience and working backwards and forwards. Also try giving the slider a couple of smacks with a hammer. Turning it is one thing but you need to get something to pull on it as well. It's like a cross threaded bolt, it will turn all day but if your not pulling on it, it's going no where. Or you can just quit and get a new rail. With all the people going to aftermarket or uk brakes there must be some around.
  12. I had this last weekend, mine was really stuck in there soak it with penetrating fluid, but withought getting a spanner on the nut and working it back and forward it wasn't going anywhere. Actually took one side off and stuck it in the vice to work on..... Ordered new sliders and bits, will be renewing at the weekend. For interest, sliders are the most expensive part at a fiver each.
  13. Going by the picture it has 5 forward gears and not 6
  14. all the skinny ones on the left hand side above the turbo's and follow the big pipe through the intercooler, also check the intercooler.
  15. Mine did exactly the same, split central on the plastic. It's getting on a bit, it happens.
  16. Thread three Adam, you sound a bit annoyed. Can't say I blame you, when your missing days like today.
  17. You have every right to be pleased m8, looks fantastic.
  18. Are you telling us something here Dunk?
  19. This would be the thing that turns the average driver into a driving God, according to the chap at Thor. Just a little promo for ya!
