  1. :)Post her number up on here...we will sort it out for you.
  2. Just doodles...mind you, I can kind of imagine it tattooed down someones back.
  3. I used to do portraits (people / pets /houses) years back, got really bored and gave it up. Did a few sculptures too, got really bored and gave up. Did a few random doodles too, which really helped me when I was really bored and had given up...heres one... These days I get my creative kicks designing / styling boats, but I really want to start painting again, oils probably...just dont have the time just yet.
  4. Good luck Kaamos. In my case (Autoglass) they seemed to remove the old cracked glass pretty easily, and also remove the new glass the second time without problems either.
  5. He has a bad case of the piles ?
  6. I wouldn't have taken that well either. Golden Rain is bad enough.
  7. Smeared on with the back of a spoon.
  8. Yoghurt may be the only answer.
  9. You had fish fingers ? You put something hard on her face ? You got five years ? Have you written to your MP about this ?
  10. I've seen this on a few Supras now. I have it to a lesser extent on mine. I think its down to having the windscreen replaced at one time or another...a breakage or re-spray perhaps. On mine, the windscreen got cracked and replaced. The first time the job was done the finishing strip came loose after a few days. I took it back and they did the whole job again...this time the finishing strip stayed in place but is not as good a fit as original....theres a few lumps and bumps along its top edge. If it helps, the water tightness of the screen does not rely on the finishing strip, as long as the glass has been installed correctly. IMO, If the glass is installed too high, or too low, or too much sealant is used, the finishing strip cant seat itself and clip in to the rebate as its designed to do. Hopefully someone else on here who has done this job before can add to this ?
  11. Another (specific subject) forum I'm a member of had an off-topic section for jokes / news / misc etc, but it was removed recently because members posted jokes / news / misc etc in it.
  12. Ours is still in development right now, and the concept is due for sign-off on the 15th Dec.
  13. Maybe their brains lack the ability to do a little Fowler-Nordheim tunneling.
  14. Lift and negative lift...you decide.

    Typical NHS

BUPA is indeed an alternative if its financially viable, but for the occasions where you are not able to make a conscious decision who to rely on, the NHS is all we have. The NHS has always been there for me when I've needed it. I just hope its still there when I need it again.
  16. I'm a great source of amusement at the office when it comes to computers. The young nippers can run rings round me with their shortcuts and pure speed and dexterity on a keyboard. I'm a bit of a dinosaur in that respect. I usually beat them all at pool and darts though. I sometimes regret not being born at the dawn of the computer age, or having the opportunity and time to learn nowt else but the skills and knowledge required to use todays technology to the 'n'th' degree.....as with the guitar, or piano, or foreign languages, or car mechanics, I could have applied myself more over the years, but haven't.
  17. You will know the road I was on Tony....A31, Bere Regis to Wimborne, the stretch going past the Drax estate with the really long wall...bad enough in daylight, hellish in the dark and driving rain with nutters who just have to get one more car ahead.
  18. Not earlier tonight I didnt...crazy weather, crazy drivers too. And one biker who must have a guardian angel....Ive seen some close calls in my time, but this chap was inches from squishness.
  19. If you drew a graph, with the Y axis representing the good and bad points (I'd suggest zero as the datum, bad points ranging from -1 to -5, good points ranging from +1 to +5) and the X axis representing time elapsed, then drew a trend line through the results over the years, the line would be going uphill. That would be my graph, other members trend lines may have a different slant.
  20. Once again I'm going to dip out disgracefully. Sorry guys, just family visiting duties.
  21. :)That would work if you could drive backwards fast enough.
  22. Does your polish painter polish paint too ?
