Chris or anyone; Q if you don't mind, what are acceptable oil and water temperatures on track and what sort of temeratures should we be looking at safely keeping below? Hi mike, i wouldnt normally let my oil temp go above 120, i`m on silkolene 10/50 pro s, and i havent got an accurate water gauge yet but the standard gauge has never gone above halfway even when pushing it in hot weather, have you done many trackdays?

If your fitting a new cambelt tensioner it comes pre tensioned, just fit it then pull the pin, like a hand grenade:D

Have a look at your bottom pulley while its off, these have a habit of seperating and its not pretty when they do.Also have a look at your front crank seal, if its weeping this is a good time to replace that. Anything else boys?

My rears are 50 offset and 10 inches on a good day, ive got 275/35/18 tyres at the moment but are going to 285s next month, just because these tyres are cheaper.

My 18" bbs lm`s are 42 offset on the front, and clear my brakes nicely.

I normally have a camera setup in the back of mine (i`m a real trackday perv) so will post up some vids. -
Is it a uk or j spec car?, if uk and youve got an aftermarket dump valve, that can cause stalling issues, because of the airflow meter setup.
