  1. Yeah yeah yeah Andy, never mind all that. Just tell us when there's going to be a Sumo Supra on the loose in the UK:p
  2. Yeah, that was good. A nice day out that too. I must have been sitting right near you on the stand when you filmed some of those runs.
  3. Mine came with a set of Dodge wheels on it when i bought it!!! Don't know what model they're off, but they have "Dodge" embossed in the centre caps. The pcd is obviously the same but i haven't checked the offset yet. I think they are wearing 245s all round,

    Moto GP

Anyone else excited about the Moto GP season kicking off in Jerez tomorrow:ecstatic: ? There's been a few shake ups during the off season (Gibernea to Ducati, Pedrosa on board, Honda development woes etc) and i recon it'll be a great year for motor sport. And i see Rossi is on top of the practice times:eyebrows: I Hope the video doesn't give me any grief, as i'll be at Santa Pod.
  5. Looks like heavy rain tomorrow:( If anyones gone today it might be ok though. Damn our climate, damn it all to hell.
  6. I followed these instructions from Matt Harwood and had no problems;) ....... You'll need a phillips screwdriver and a 10mm socket, ratchet and short extension bar. Remove the taillights (2 screws on each) and CAREFULLY withdraw them, (They're on round locators that pop off and if you're not careful, pop off and chip the paint on the rear quarter... As I did ) Remove the numberplate and the 3 screws holding the numberplate lights Remove all the screw/expansion clips, (rawl plug type things), on the top. (3 under each taillight and 3 at the top between the lights. Remove the 10mm bolts, (1 each side), in the top corners on the inside edge of the rear quarter and the same at the lower edge of the bumper. Remove all 4 expansion screws from the retaining strip at the bottom underside and remove the bar with poppers attached. Remove the expansion clip just above the exhaust pipe. Remove both plastic trim panels from either side of the boot section to gain access to the inner edges of the rear quaters and remove the 10mm bolts, (2 each side), that hold the bumper to the rear quater. The bumper will now go all floppy and as you remove the outer skin, the inner Polystyrene section will fall off too. That's it! - Took me about an hour to figure out where all the damn clips and bolts were! - All for the sake of a reverse sensor
  7. Pray for some good weather boys and girls. I know the turbos like the cold air, but i'm not such a fan of it myself. Just hope it doesn't rain!
  8. I downloaded this last night, and it sure is interesting. I can see my car out side my house and my van outside my mums!!! I recently upgraded my graphics card and prosessor, google earth wouldn't run on my old set up. If you look over Santa Pod, there's an event on. Loads of cars queing up to do their run, and looks like something doing a U-turn at 1/8th mile.

    Top gear tonight!

Anyone know if Top Gear is going to be repeated, all tv's are spoken for in my house???
  10. I was in Tescos at Bedford a few weeks ago walking across the car park towards the store, when i noticed in the distance an old lady lying on the deck with another lady standing next to her looking around. She had obviously taken a fall and her friend was looking for assistance. As i was some distance away i assumed one of the many people close to her would help her up, but after a few seconds at least 5 or 6 blokes had gone past and looked at her laying there and carried on walking!!! It took me at least 5 seconds to sprint over to her and help, and still people were walking past:( Made me absolutely sick.
  11. You can indeed paint carbon fibre. You can also get pretty creative, with the use of masks and slencils. When i worked for a custom painters, i used to paint these carbon fairings for a guy in london. The Ducati logo and the vents on these panels are the bare carbon masked out before painting. It's a tricky and time consuming job (hense expensive) but looks very profesional when done correctly.
  12. No no no......T-cut is quite mild. It's not even a proper cutting paste.
  13. Is there a club stand there???
  14. Is anybody going to this? Can't find it in the events section, but i am c*#p at finding stuff. I didn't manage to get to pod at all last year so am looking forward to this one. Be nice to see a few supras there showing the rest a clean pair off heals:D

    m25 race tonight

Off topic i know, but i just had a look at your gallery jamie. Your car looks..........awesome:cool:
  16. Don't laugh, i love haggis.
  17. Yeah, not impressed with citroen. Took my berlingo for a re-call thing, and decided to let them service it while it was there. I asked if they could supply a courtesy car and they said no problem. When i returned to pick up my van they said there was a charge of £20 for the car, plus 20 or 30p for every mile i'd done over 100. And i'd gone to Bedford then Sussex that day from norwich!!! Don't know if this is normal as i've never had a ourtesy car before, but i'm damn sure they should have told me this before. Also on collection, the guy advised me that the front pads only had about 1-2ooo miles left!!! Why the hell didn't they change them then?
  18. To apologise for ones wrong doings, is very noble indeed. Curious as to what the "rat" thing is about though. Anyone care to link me up?
  19. Congratulations mate. Can't imagine the stress after that phone call !!! But i know how you must of felt when you first clamped eyes on your baby. My little dude is 6months now, i'm still waiting for a full nights sleep:blink:

That part that goes behind the bumper no:52611, is that like the polystyrene type stuff that is behind the rear bumper? Does anyone know if it has to be fitted, or can you get away with not having it?

Wow, nice one. I haven't got the part no:52611. Looks like it goes behind the bumper. Maybe some of the people breaking cars on here can help with that. Haven't got the two strips that hold the bumper on either, 52535/6.
