    Faced my demon

Glad it was good news. I gave up ciggies a couple of months ago, i don't feel physicaly better but every time i see people smoking i can't help but feel glad about it. I'm finding it quite rewarding, so good luck if you go for it.

    video check this out

Heeeeeey........... Link won't work for me. I wanna see...I wanna see:ecstatic:
  3. Nice one. Thought i could smell Bullshit.
  4. Just been and had it checked and it is the bolt holes on the cat that have broken. Matey tells me that if i fit a non cat section it will burn the valves out??? Any body give me some advice on this??? Don't really want to bend over and take a £250 reaming on this.
  5. Hooray. I'm going down to local Holburns in a while. See if they can fit a non cat section.
  6. I think the cat may have gone on my Audi 80, but as the car is a '91 does it have to have one by law? I think Audi were fitting them before they became a legal requirement, and if thats the case i could maybe bypass it. Lot cheaper. It's blowing at the moment so i need to do something, and don't want to spend a load of cash on a cat i don't need. I know if i go to Kwik Fit they'll tell me i need one, just for the £££. Anyone know what year the law came into force?
  7. I need a set of these, but don't know yet what price toyota want for them. I think i'll find out first before paying 20 notes for these. He has not given a part number to guarantee they are for a supra.
  8. In case anyone missed it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/world_rally/4472642.stm
  9. Don't forget 'Carlitos Way' [Al Pacino], if you're partial to a bit off old school gangster action.
  10. Well i never....... You do indeed learn something new everyday:rolleyes:
  11. Halfrauds only sell paint in an aerosol can, you'll need to find an industry supplyer. Brave task if you've not painted before. What condition is the existing paint work? If it's sound, you may get away with a light coat of cellulose primer after wet flating [sanding] with 800grit and then top coat. You'll need Panel Clean or Degreaser before applying paint to remove silicone and grease. I've got an old supra bonnet you can practise on if you want it.
  12. I sure would like to pull that out me stocking on christmas day. I'll put it on me list, hopefully Santa will be in touch soon.

    uk/j-spec brakes

Nice one. Those j-spec calipers sure look weedy next to uk. Don't know if i'll be lucky enough to find uks on mine, but thought the discs seemed to fill the 17" wheels.

    uk/j-spec brakes

Spoil-sport:stickpoke Wont see my car in the daylight hours till next weekend, and don't have any pics of the brakes to post up!
  15. I was just wondering how to tell if my car has had an upgrade to uk bigger brakes. Does any one have pics they could post up showing the differant sizes and any other visual differances?
  16. Kinda' getting the vibe you don't enjoy it! Sounds like a cool job to me. I currently testing the stone used for road base on Great Barford by-pass for a living:yawn:
  17. Interesting beasts, do you restore them?
  18. I'd give it 5 minutes before the paintwork is 're-worked' by a set of keys where i live.

What, GTS-t is more to insure???

    Dam CHAVS

There sure is some bottom of the barrel scum out there! Makes you wonder how they sleep at night, knowing what complete Twats they are. You'd like to think they'll get hit by a bus one day but unfortunately there's not enough busses to go round!

Leave the supra at home and take a pack of starving rabid dogs to savage them[if you have any], much more productive.

Yeah the GTR is definately the boss, and probably the only car i would have now over a supra. But if you couldnt stretch that far a GTS-t with a few mods is a cool car, with that straight-6 growl and rwd it would be a blast thrashing up the strip at the Pod etc, for 4.5k. Looking around though, i don't really see anything from the new generation of cars that tickle my fancy, other than the 350z. Nothing else to aspire to!
  24. If you were like me, you were dreaming of spinning around in that 69 Charger as a kid 20 odd years ago after watching it on the TV. Gotta say though, that new one looks pretty damn cool.
