I know how he did it and it's pretty easy actually if you think about it. I think it's pretty off of you to publicly accuse Jake of cheating with no evidence other than your "hunch" or the fact that he worked out an html exploit in the arcade system, which I may add other members did too. If you think that anyone has cheated then approach the forum moderators first with your suspicions and proof before you start finger pointing.
