I have attached piccies of what I have done so far - I am well chuffed with how well it has gone. Think they will look really nice on the car. Have colour coded with the refurb colour of my alloys so they match. It doesn't take too much effort to make them look really good. Only thing that has been time/money consuming was replicating the lense. i will have both fitted this weekend hopefully so see what they look like then. I was gonna try and make an insert like the Abflug one but don't think it is worth it as they look really good as is. What you lot think? Yep that's the plan. Once I have the masking sorted i will do a template so any others sold you can use to spray the outline. Anyway you rekon it is worth doing the Abflug insert thing? Hopefully they will run a pair with the correct material (prototypes were normal acrylic) so as I can be sure i am happy with the quality before running the batch. I guess run it late this week, if I'm happy with the finish they should be ready to ship end of next week? Really dependant on how they come out. b'have, am over your way with work over next couple of weeks - could drop them over for you if you want?! I dont see why not mate. Currently the only 'bling' options available are: :: OEM Abflug ones @ great cost :: Sprayed OEM ones Im sure another alternative would be welcome. NO, as soon as I have the real ones I will take a set to a local MOT garage to see what the pre-facelift lights perform like. Facelift are fine though.
