HELP! Getting a Supra out of 1ft gravel. :(

So everyone wishes me luck for today and then this happens!

How the feck do I get her out? Tried 2 planks which have now been burried with gravel and are stuck (see string) and engaged L Drive and Reverse geer. Tried turning full lock and she's burried herself.

Before you ask, I didn't take her onto the gravel for some 'fun', I had to reverse her into my garage to do some work. Then I got stuck. I told my sodding old dears it was a bad idea to gravel half the drive!

This is a great day! :)

I'm such a plank.

Help!

Greg

ok mate i had this problem with mine getting stuck in wet soil! get a few people together abt 4 of you, dont need wood behind wheels as shes close to the pavement, keep pushing foward and backwards until she strats to move, get a bit of movement going and go for a big push backward ripping her out and on to the pavement, worked for us!

LOL Thanks guys (don't take the piss Chris!:p )

She's out now. Going to bury my mums car when that's back.

The old digging routine worked the best, shovelled a load of gravel from underneath and that was good enough to see her through.

The gravel is a right mess now.

Right, time for a break! :)

Cheers,

Greg

Far too sodding much mate!

I asked them why the hell they didn't pave the whole lot, they replied "We haven't got the money unless you want to bloody pay". Fair point, but here's why a few extra pounds saves a lot of hassle.

Of course, it's not their car so they don't care!

PMSL!

Sorry Greg, but I can't help laughing.

I did the same with a hire car in Greece. Drove it into the sand. Still, it was a good excuse to hang around the beach bar for a few hours ;)

Also got a fork lift stuck in gravel once...tried to pull it out with my 1.0 Nova. That didn't turn out so good.

Ha, ha thanks guys!

I've just come in after a hard days work digging! Pete - good to see I'm not the only one then mate! At least you had sunshine on your back and not foggy, crappy weather!

Fitted the slam panel, washed her for 2 hours and cleaned the inside and fitted new supra matts. Topped up a few fluids, sorted out the washer jet (well one side) the bloody needle snapped off in the other and is now stuck! :)

Not had time to fit the clear bumper lights yet! Or sort out the HIDs.

All in all, a great day and I've had fun! ;)

Thanks for your kind piss-taking comments people!

Greg
