I'm new to the forum but I am still deeply shocked to hear your terrible news. It will be very hard bringing up your daughter without her mother, but at least she will be some consolation to you.

I am sure your world feels like it has collapsed, but best wishes for the future and good luck to you and your daughter.

...I know it won't make your tragic loss too much easier right now mate, but I'm sure I can speak for everyone on here when I say please remember we're here for you whenever you need to talk to someone and certainly to take your mind off the harsh realities of life. The Internet never sleeps so don't be afraid to tap that keyboard if you need someone at any time!

My thoughts and deepest sypmathy are with you and Jessica. Take care....

Can't imagine what you're going through right now, and can't ever say the words that will make you feel better. The most important thing is to remain strong for Jessica, and she will be your strength in return. Our deepest condolences to you and your family.

29 is a tragically young age for anyone to pass away and i'm sure right now life and it's twisted cruelties doesn´t make any sense at all for you or your daughter.

I remember watching a recent program about a Czech lady who was badly injured in the tsunami and her long-term boyfriend was killed in it. She told a story of a Thai doctor (who knew obviously that her partner drowned that day) and who´s constant message to her in her long-stay recuperating in hospital was :

"Try to stay happy, - don´t drift into sadness".

- It was a very profound and poignant tale she told and it was very touching to see her strength despite it all.

-it must seem like an impossible thing for you and Jess right now but stay with it and time can be a healer. Very very slow healer though.

Be strong and one day things will be brighter for you both.

very sorry for your great and very sudden loss.
