Any update on the wood supplier? Also the electric size supply we need?

 

Just a thought, but lighting was terrible around the cooking area the last time I came to JAE, now we have an electric hook up supply, can we source some proper strip lights for the cooking area?

 

Also, I was told by a chef that the food took ages to cook last time, what cooking equipment have we got organised for this JAE?
