Thanks :D Yeah was good to meet you guys! Hopefully see you both at the Scottish meet? Yeah definately get some coilovers! Really liking them so far, make the car look 100x better and i really like the way it drives now, much firmer and a lot more feel.

Ive got Liam's old ones in the garage. Just need to get them on. And going to take off the second cat for more grunt :D

I'll definately be at the meet. Hopefully most will. Are you planning on Santapod?

Thanks man. coilovers make SUCH a difference to the overall look! getting it set up and dropping it some more next week once they have bedded in properly! Was good to meet you also! Will you be going to the big Scottish meet coming up? Also meant to ask you, is yours de-cated? thought it sounded good and meant to ask but forgot haha!

The next Scottish meet i have planned is Ingliston i think, as for the decat i have one off, would like to take the other one out to see if it makes any difference.

Taking the second cat off mine wont really affect an MOT will it? Taking it to a garage tomorrow to see if they'll do it and how much for

Thats ok then. Will get it done then. I need more noise lol.

Thats a shame about Suprapod though mate

Yeah i would like some more noise also haha! I may look into one as my next mod....although i'm not sure if its worth it. More likely i will put the money towards saving for a TT. Unless one comes up second hand, then i may be tempted haha!

Nice, looking very good bud but you need to take the ears off the lip IMO :D

Haha yeah everyone keeps saying I probably should but just going to wait and see what it looks like when i finally get hold of some stock side pods to replace the skirts and take the spats off. Then i will decide :)

Let us know what it's like with speed bumps dude, got the same front as you at present, getting my Coilovers delivered tomorrow and want the same sort of ride height, just worried about hitting the lip :(

Well i ended up not meeting any speed bumps so still can't comment on that but the front wheels are catching the arches like crazy now so going to need some arch work!

To be honest i think speed bumps may be a problem but nothing some slowness and a bit of angle on approach can't sort out! :) (I hope)

Alignment done today, everything was ok-ish one of the fronts was WAY out but apart from that minor adjustments. Does feel like it drives a bit nicer now (all though might be in my head). The problem i now have is the fronts are scrubbing like hell. Not sure how much you can do to the front arches as far as rolling goes but im going to look into it as it needs done.

Another quick pic of the lowness

Need to get the scratchX on those headlights, but other than that looks good. :) However I bet you will catch the lip within a month especially if you frequent Aberdeen.

I actually had them done just the other day with some cutting compound. My rubbish phone camera makes them look MUCH worse then they are. In person they actually don't look to bad. May have to just keep doing it every now and again to keep them looking fresh.

And yes, Aberdeen has some overly aggressive speed bumps, but at the moment my front wheels hit the arches way before the lip hits the ground haha. :(

The under side of my front bumper has taken a few hits, so far it hasn't actually scratched anything but it sounds bloody awful.

Im pretty sure if i hit this lip it wont take much to break it....but if that happens i will just have to get the polyurethane one which is what i wanted anyway just at the time i didn't have the funds.
