Lude
after chating to someone in an R32, saw he had stencilled his on... mine was looking a little dull, so i decided to give a whirl 1st removed bumper: (quite easy) got some silver matt spray paint, did this to show you the difference... did it all with a light coat: printed out logo on 2 A4 pieces of paper, then glued to some card (cereal box), then used a craft knife to cut the stencil (using a ruler) masked up: sprayed and remove mask/stencil: done PS picked about 100 dead flies out of it with a tweesers too Edited November 5, 2011 by Lude (see edit history)

Lude
thanks il put the pics up when its on the car, next week when go back to garage. this actually took me hours and hours to do! printing logo correct size on A4, cutting out with the craft knife, taping and blue tacking the stencil to the intercooler, all paid off now though happy with the result. just hope the mrs doesnt smell the fumes in the kitchen when she comes home! (did have the oven extraction fan on lol)

Lude
took some pics of it on the car for those who requested, and with the bumper just balanced on to give you an idea also the intercooler pipes were looking dirty and bit rusty in places.... just used some de-greaser, rag, and scowering wire pads on them to get the rust and dirt off. then sprayed nice productive day. want to clean and spray the intake manifold and turbo pipes next as they could do with a freshen up

j_jza80
I reckon a black intercooler with the Greddy writing in gunmetal would look great
