This is what i am doing to every nut and bolt that is going back on the car. Cleaning all the threads out so i have no issues refitting and painting them to make them look better. This takes a while.

Right i need abit of help with my water lines please. I want to remove as much as possible that isn't going to be used, i have no heater matrix so i am happy with what i am doing with them pipes. My turbo is not water cooled and i think i will be removing the stock oil cooler from the block. So i just need to know what pipes i need to keep?

i have forgotten what the small metal pipe is for on the water pump next to the lower water neck.

I'd replace the stock TT water pipe for an N/A one. I would ditch the stock oil cooler and fit an extended stud and take a direct feed (mocal thermostatically controlled take off plate) to an aftermarket oil cooler. The oil filter can be relocated too, but i would just keep it attached to the block.

Been done a few times on here.

Right need abit of advice on my copy Greddy intake. The Q45 Throttle body is the problem What do i need to do with the TPS the one i have still has a Nissan TPS by the look of it. Is there a bracket etc that will fit the Toyota TPS to the Q45. Or if you run a syvecs ecu can you go with something else.

If you have an aftermarket ECU, such as a Syvecs, my understanding is that you can just wire in the Nissan TPS and use this instead? Might want to check that with Ryan (Edit - Seen you have Syvecs).

Your alternative option is to use an adaptor kit. Greddy did these but often there are copies on ebay.
