Pressure has to come from Africa itself but thats not going to happen with idiots like Tabo Mbeke running (or is that ruining SA). Same thing happen in Zambia when I was there -MMD got elected with Fred Chiluba -next thing he nicked 2 billion US or something like that. Only good thing was old KK stood down and honored the election result. It really does annoy me, having ACTUALLY been to Zimbabwe and not one of these sofa commenter's... it is/(was) a lovely country with some really nice surroundings and on the whole a really nice population. There will be a huge power vacuum with different factions, tribes and parties fighting for power. Perhaps the West has learnt from the Middle East to keep it's nose out and not get involved. Virtually all the African countries are run by corrupt despots, almost all are in some type of conflict within it's own borders, there seems to be a theme here. Sorry, but having lived in South Africa (very close to Zims) and seen that country crumble under that dictator Mugabe, that is a disgusting attitude to take...
