On a related note, I keep having to look out the back window to see if there are any cars behind me while I'm driving? Does anyone know if there's any sort of gadget in the car that might facilitate such rear viewing?

I believe they invented this thing called the rear view mirror, though how it functions I really cannot say.

It's actually just occured to me that if I were to drive to my destinations using the forward gears, I wouldn't have to spend quite so much time straining my neck. Problem is... I keep having to take out the gear box and 'tweak' it whenever I want to use the forward gears, as it 'defaults' to reverse. (Which is amazing as I dont know how to take out a gear box.) If only those clever Toyota people had also thought of a way of changing the gears from INSIDE the car. Hmmm... maybe I could make lots of money inventing such a thing.

I'M GONNA BE RICH! MWA HA HA HA.

Ahhh this has brightened up my day.

I was there when Ed had that blinding light moment, the lightbulb of salvation, as a hand reached insde his car and flicked the little button.

It was priceless entretainment at a cold, damp and windy Donington Park.

Thanks ED you are a legend.
