Go on go compare and price up each car on their own, i was happily surprised at quotes i was getting for £20k value vehicles A5 2.0 TDi worth £15k my lowest quote is £234 I just put in a made up NA with £4k value and the cheapest quote is £424 That's just ridiculous so looks like your Admiral quote is pretty good if its for the NA

If they stick out as far as Nic says and you decide to go bling over power you need to find a widebody kit wide enough. This could also be very expensive and i'd recommend you look for that first or you could be into a 1 off kit costing even more money

Has to be a witness or cctv with the reg number or your totally wasting your time. I found the vehicle that hit my car, had damage exactly where you'd expect it to be and was a perfect match to the pale blue paint left on my bonnet. Made no difference -

What do you expect the Police to do ? Waste of time going unless you have cctv footage that clearly shows a vehicle hitting your car and shows the reg number of the vehicle. Been there and done this recently -

Try to free it off by spraying penetrating fluid through the access hole, you could try one of those snap on style blow torches, the small ones and aim the flame through the hole. Failing that you'll have to be a bit nasty with it I'm not sure if there is the space but i wonder if the adjuster could be knocked out from between the shoes with the disc in place
