  1. I had a GTO all over me on saturday - couldn't shake it:( Mind, i was in the wifes Galaxy at the time bedding in a new set of front disks and pads:rlol:
  2. I'm not convoying down with you guys cos i've got to pick the missus up in Brighton first, i'll see you at the travelodge. Enjoy the M25 rush hour if you leave that late though.
  3. I ordered some Led bulbs off them ages ago. Bunch of conmen and ripoff merchants with probably one of the worst feedbacks on ebay. If you leave them neg, they will do the same for you. Just write it off as a learning experience and buy from someone else.
  4. We arranged with Paul to get you a one way only ticket mate:p
  5. I agree wholeheartedly. Best trader on here. Now don't forget to pm me, Gaz, when the next batch of brake master cylinder stoppers gets in:D
  6. Steam appears to be coming from under the plug cover. There's no water pipes under there so I would guess at a cracked head
  7. I must have typed the first one in invisible ink so i'll say it again. No2 is the ignition coil, no 13 is the ignitor ecu
  8. No2 is the ignition coil, no 13 is the ignitor ecu
  9. Don't know if it's still there (JODY T?), but interpro had a Tickford Capri in the workshop last year. For those that aren't Capri saddos like me, it was a limited edition single turbo 2.8i modified by Aston Martin. They where as unreliable as hell but rocketship fast in their day.
  10. Unless they have trebled the prices in the last 6 months, you was robbed part no for the rear is 04479-24030 and fronts are 04479-14120. for j-spec calipers. I got mine from Westlands Toyota in Stourbridge - see this thread: [thread=59217] LINKY [/thread]
  11. I have some. I'll see you at Turbofit:)
  12. Its been a while, but if i remember, there is an obvious join between the front and back of the unit which looks like it has been glued together. I cut carefully through the glue with a dremel, then re-sealed it with silicon. If you can post a pic of the back of the unit, i'll be able to tell you exactly where to cut.
  13. They are prone to dry solder joints on the circuit board (Toyota really should employ somone who knows how to solder properly) It is possible to strip them down and resolder the LEDs - I had to do mine when I first got the car.
  14. The pressure sensor is a small metal cylinder, about the size of the top of your thumb, with a 3mm hose at 1 end and 4 wires at the other. It will probably be tucked away behind the engine, by the bulkhead.
  15. I saw a black aerotop recently with this done and it looked ace. No idea who it was and i didn't get any pics as he was driving past me at the time. I did put a post in 'spotted', but no reply so i don't think he is a member on here.
  16. I had to have my decats cut and rewelded to fit properly with my exhaust. Cost me less than £30 - much cheaper than a new set
  17. Looks ace mate. I take it that big pile of bolts i've got left over didn't hold anything important together then:p
  18. I would guess from the symbol that it turns off the interior alarm sensors. Turn it off, then set the alarm with the windows down and see if it goes off.
  19. What you planning, walking? 103.9 miles = just under 1 hr:innocent:
  20. Mint black aerotop (B* CPA), with the roof off, driving down Long Lane in Halesowen this afternoon at about 16:15. I was in my mint black aerotop (common as muck these things:p ) Thats an interesting exhaust setup you have - 2 big silencers, one either side of the bumper - looks very cool.
  21. I posted in the original Group Buy thread that the screws would not be long enough and you either need new, longer ACME screws, or remove the nylon retainer and use bolts. If you drill out the brackets any more than I have already, you will significantly weaken the mounting points.
  22. Its doable, but a lot of hard work given the state of your loom. Like Burna says, once the loom has been cut it becomes fairly pointless. You'd be better of just getting the loom repaired with proper connectors - NO SCOTCHLOCKS
  23. Paul, I was talking to a couple of mk iii folk today who might be interested in filling up a spare place. I've given them your email addy
