i`d say yes,carbon kid may be able to tell better as we both make seats but he deals more with the sub frames and i make the parts.the easy fix would getting a subframe off a scrap car. 2nd picture rhs the damage is caused by the slide adjustment cable breaking,i`m not sure what your pointing to on the left picture but if it`s the big bent bracket you couldn`t bend it as it takes 150 ton power press to make them.
