i`ve got my mtb or if it`s really cold i bought a corsa combo van for £600 the other week,it does about 40mpg and does at least 75mph:blush: i should be moving to my new house in 2 weeks so i`ll have a garage for the supra:OK:

i was watching it,if that was a boxing match it would have been stopped.

cycled 12 miles to work at 4 this morning to do a 9 hour shift and then 14miles home.now i`m having to watch x factor so wish i was back out on my bike.

I`ve only just seen this mate,at least you`ve walked away with what you may consider minor injuries today as it could of been so much worse.at the end of the day you can replace the car but you can never replace your life. if she was texting at the time i hope the law throw the book at her. i hope you get well soon.

it`s just not the water you need to replace but the salts the body losses when sweating.i cycle over 6000 miles a year and you can soon tell when you`ve not had enough fluid.there`s a saying in cycling that once you are thirsty it is to late. you will also find people make the mistake of not drinking enough in the winter when training when in fact you should drink the same if not more then you do in nice weather. now i just need to follow my own advise as my pee is orange i have a headache and i have no power in my legs.roll on xmas and two weeks training in the sun:D

if rover made a good product they would still be in buisness,simple as that.ford,vauxhall,toyota are still going because they make something the customer wants and i most cases works. everyone i know thats had a rover has had nothing but trouble,very high cost of spares and servicing.between managament and union greed to line there own pockets and not think of the future they only there selfs to blame.

i`d 2nd that but then they may have to do some real police work.

the way prices are falling it`s down to the fact of knowing how well the mods have been carried out.either way when buying a supra standard or modified it`s knowing what to look for.perhaps with falling car prices parts may drop a bit.
