Hi, My car (J-Spec) has been at work for the last 10 days or so as I've been working away. The last time I drove it, it was a bit sluggish starting. Well now the battery is totally dead I've bought a 'HCB005' from Halfrauds and just tried to fit it, but the battery terminals on the car are too narrow for the lugs on the battery. Anyone else with J-Spec found this????? Have I bought the wrong one? How do I get this to fit? Please advise as I need (and want) to get it moved cheers

Not another one!!! I rang MS last Friday (0800 5871102), only took 10 mins to get through. It was about 4:30 pm - maybe that's a good time to try They took me through a series of (futile) troubleshooting stuff before saying they'd replace it with a refurbished one. I was asked when I bought it but not where (actually got it off ebay). On the back is a serial number and a date of manufacture. I'd get in quick before the end of October as it may be out of it's year gaurantee past that. J

He's asked me to look at cars. I'm thinking Vette or Mustang, as per your post above, but want to see what they may cost before I commit. Not doing 5000 miles in a piece of american shit

My brother is looking at routes, but he's thinking of following the Bull Run (longer than 7 days though!!) from NY to LA

Anyone done this and have any advice/links? My brother wants to do this maybe next year, and I'd definately be up for it, but we'd have to be driving a decent car to make it worth doing. Done a search on Google, but can't really find any sites to see how much a month hire would be for a decent vehicle. Any help please J

Apparently they aren't replacing them with new ones anymore, but replacing with refurbished ones. Not sure what warranty you get though. I rang this afternoon at 4:30. Had to wait about 10 mins for someone to talk to. They took me through a load of trouble shooting first, then admitted defeat and said they'd sort it under warranty. J

I've just got off the phone to MS and they're arranging to have it taken away to be rapaired J

TBH i've been away all week. Started last Sunday and was booting games up then freezing just as you got to the intro menus. When I tried a reboot, it just got worse, so that it wouldn't even get past the Xbox intro screen Tried a DVD on Thursday when I got home and it started and froze after 30 seconds. Haven't turned it on since

Hi, I am looking for a metal FMIC panel to cover the gap between FMIC and the radiator. Not too bothered about it being highly polished or chrome, more functional than show. Also, with all the recent single conversions, I am wondering if anyone who has recently gone single and previously had a modified rad plate to account for the standard airbox, would be interested in selling it. cheers J

I generally get about 240 miles out of £60, so that would be 40miles to a tenner. I have got 300 miles out of £60, but that's with really boring driving at 70 on motorway... TT by the way J

Hi mate & welcome, I think that 15psi sounds a bit high from I've read on here, unless it's got an uprated Head Gasket and other bits?). There are a few NA-T boys here (TT myself) who would know. Have you looked on Supraforums if you're in the States. J

Spotted a blond girl/lady driving a Silver Supra with bodykit. It may have had a veilside rear spoiler. I was driving to Bath at aboput 11am stuck behind some slow traffic (40 mph on good twisty roads!!) and saw you too late to flash, just before you would have got to Kelston Hall. Doubt it's anyone on here, but thought I'd post J

8lb I've been had then This one will only lift 2lb, (but it is quite small.) 99p for 8lb = 12.375 p/lb 3.50 for 2lb = 175 p/lb Daston, may have worked, but can't see it. Have ordered magnet now mate, hopefully sort it in the week J

Hi Nic, No I can't reach it, but I drove the car last night and it moved down to the bottom near the plastic bit, so I'm going to check in a minute. Have also ordered an extendible magnet from Ebay for £3.50 Gaz, yes I bought the sticky pads for the underside of the side parts of the spoiler where it touches the boot, but the water's come in from the top where the centre piece bolts to the side pieces. Hope fully all sealed now J

Sounds like the fella I need. Probably find the damn things not magnetic
