Don't think it's the same as BRG, but mine is green and yes I've checked the VIN plate and it is an original Supra colour, albeit rare. A few pics. I think the Supra actually looks good in green - most cars don't J

Just been to doctors and told that I've 99% probably chipped the cartilidge (sp?) in my left knee. Need to go back monday, and then get referred to the hospital to have it sorted J

Was at bus stop (nearish to Temple Meads) and HEARD what I knew was a Supra . I turned round and sure enough saw the brake lights down the road. You then turned round and drove back up the road (that's how I know it was Silver). Sounded lovely J

He didn't like being told to go to Saudi Arabia which has a way of life more to the liking of this guy. I think if Allah/God etc was a 'good' deity then people like this wouldn't have been born. Proves that religion is a load of rubbish.

Cheers Ark. Have topped up and charged up old battery and will probably exchange the HBC005 for HB054 which has J-Spec fittings. Seems easier than pissing around with cables and connectors etc!! many thanks for replying with the numbers though J

Supradawg, Can you please have a look at what the battery code is? I had another look tonight and they have a battery called HB054 which has skinny terminals cheers J

Cheers Ark, A work colleague knows someone who runs an automotive electrical outfit, so is ringing him to see what he suggests. I was thinking the same as your suggestion for the negative, hadn't considered that the cables may not be long enough, or that the clamp may no longer fit!!! Am going to charge battery tonight to see if that allows me to get the car home tomorrow. Probably have problems with the immobiliser and alarm too !! J

Surely you should be able to get a converter clamp so you put the narrow J-Spec terminal over a post on the clamp then put the larger UK-Spec terminal on the converter clamp onto the new battery?? Would be easier and safer than cutting and recrimping the original cables... J
