  1. oops. might be a problem there. I've just had a look, and I think i've confused this one with the other one I use. This is the corrupt file recovery toolkit, not the password one. just looking for the passware one now..
  2. just this second finished uploading.
  3. i'll have to upload it again now, so give it 15 mins and when you're done let me know. cheers
  4. yep, although Austin sounds like the real McCoy. Ozzy sounds dreadful.
  5. I've already got John Cleese, Ozzy Osbourne, Darth Vadar and (my personal favourite...) Austin Powers.. you get quickly bored of 'em though.
  6. http://www.uk2sucks.net/or.zip I'll remove it later tonight so get downloading
  7. I've got a good one here.. lemme find it.
  8. my window is the same after I had the drivers door replaced. I will get round to adjusting it eventually. In regards to the question, no the window doesn't drop. My Alfa GTV did, and I beleive BMW 3-series cabs do too, but not the Supra. Incidentally, wind noise was a problem from those windows on the Alfa, but the Supra is great. Engine shouldn't idle above 800rpm once fully warmed up. If you don't let the engine calm down after the fast-idle period, it will still need time to relax its idle point even after long driving, but if yours is staying high full-stop then there's a problem.

    Limited?

112mph would most definately read as at least 120 on the clock.
  10. Yes but Emma I'm afraid it doesn't tell you when to change gear.
  11. Plus there's a bit on Toyotas VVT systems
  12. http://www.autozine.org/technical_school/tech_index.htm Very interesting stuff there on various transmissions (new type CVTs), also twincharger setups and other bits and peices. Good stuff
  13. I wonder what makes them blister there then.. I saw the blister on Petes car and it was quite noticable.
  14. Does your car have one of the badly fitting windscreen trims like what Autoglass fit?
  15. Not any more. Renewals from now on with CIS and I think it's NU no longer give 3rd party on other cars. I posted about it a while back.
  16. Didn't one of them win "sexiest actress" in some tv awards not too long ago?

    One more MKV....

I like it.. if it's got the power then it'll be a Lamborghini Gallardo-alike.

    Poor Evo

looked like friggin awesome driving to me! car's just a bit knackered now though
  19. I dunno! I said to the shop lady that his insurance probably wouldn't pay out, and that the fitters may be liable for fitting it incorrectly!
  20. On xmas eve I was at a Shell petrol station in Blackpool - just off the J4 turnoff on the man road. The front of the shop was caved in because.. apparently a chap in the shop was playing with his remote-start, and had left the handbrake off, and the car in gear, and the car drove through the shop, sending an old lady flying to the other side of the shop. Apparently it was going some too - wheels spinning crazy!
  21. A lot of the HDTV stuff I have seen doesn't have the HDMI. Some of the more expensive (Panasonic Viera 32" £1749 LCD) stuff does. There is a very nice Philips 26" Digital Freeview LCD which looks the bollocks. No HDMI though I don't think, although it is HDTV ready. This is the one here. Currys/Comet actually had it in at about £699 when I looked last week. It really is an awesome TV. I had one but sold it to my sister because I needed the cash. Best telly of that size I'd ever seen and I couldn't imagine wanting anything other than that to replace it.. Manual here http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/2/26pf5520d_10/26pf5520d_10_pss_eng.pdf
  22. bring it on! another fresh start. Mine begins with a court appearance on 12th Jan for speeding I wonder if Nick Freeman will give me some free advice since I fixed up his sons computer. .... hmm
  23. I hope 2006 is a happy year for everyone and brings comfort and contentment. To all those self-earners I hope it's a prosperous year. All the best everyone x
  24. yes just today! removing the starter wasn't so tough, but getting it back on caused me much arm ache I've taken lots of photos of both the removal and the starter repair so when I get a min I'll post up a little guide! Thanks a lot for sorting me out with the kit during the holiday period, and the tip about the wobbler joints. Here's what I peiced together, it fits around there..just.. almost perfectly. http://www.css-networks.com/extension.jpg
