right im considering a new job as the money is almost double what im on so i be stupid not to take it. But i have to use my own car to go to customer sites. bad news i could end up going to scotland! now i will get another car like a newish fiesta diesel, but wont be able to afford one for first month. so need to know how much you think i should get per mile for supra. so its petrol cost + maintenance they happy to pay almost anything if i can justify it. so firstly how much does it cost per mile in my NA? roughly 22mpg secondly how much extra should i add to cover 2 sets of rears and one front for the year and of course a service. i cant justify anything else as it so reliable should i put some money on top for higher mileage to the car? also of course ill have to change insurance to business miles, should i include this in costs? thanks to anyone who has to do this as i dont have a clue!

CJ - not that is shocking, everyone would of still helped best they can! this place on whole is very community spirited. i feel like one of the old boys on here now. Ill happily send people CD's when i can get software or movies (home movies obviously ) or just knowledge i got, and in return people helped me out. Some of the traders / mechanics who offer there help have saved loads of people loads of money. You cant totally blame the people for trying to make bit of cash as u need it to survive. i for one would keep a tenner or twenty id find on the floor if im being honest

u can only drive that car under your policy as 3rd party fire and theft if it insured on another policy by someone else

hi mate i got the Netgear DT34G or something like that lol which works fine playing online with normal games like medal of honour it does make a difference to what ip address as when the Kai engine starts up it says ip address 127.0.0.1 so it is acting like another router in a different IP range. basically the data comes in from router, then has to go to your PC into Kai software,which then forwards on the data to the PS2. the kai software i think creates sort of a VPN between the PC's so that the ps2's can see each other. thats it main purpose to allow the ps2's to see each other. thats why a IP address from the router will be no good as it is in a different range.

ok MOT passed today, cleaned lamba sensor, cheers Jake and abs Brakes i got done and i had a seized caliper, it was the long pole thing that was seized (well one of them). im not impressed by way bloke did them as i asked for a full bleed. but i can tell back wheels havent been taken off. and took brake fluid cap off and the fluid is dirty brown. hmm!

Hey bobbeh, no the problem was the router was assigning the ps2 a Ip address. the software you use on your PC needs to assign the PS2 a ip address, (took me ages to work out this is what it does.) problem i got was the router was overriding what ever IP address the software gave it. Most people do what you say plug into router and works but for some reason my router wouldnt let it. was giving it a good thrashing last night again, im nackered today

hi mate its 'killerferret' whats yours mate? im always the woods supra ive also managed to get 3 and 4 player working on it, as i fiddled with some settings as i can only seem to host so i thought if im hosting ill get more then 2 player going. 3 player, bit of lag but playable. unless u all around 40ping then it not really noticeable 4 player, lag but playable but too annoying!

well last night after completeing A License i wanted to race but have never liked racing computers too much, so thought i would attempt to play online. took me while to get the correct settings but once i did. WOW!!!! it is absolutely amazing online! i play 4 games, no lag in any at all! and once connected to user, u can do a race choose another one and different car,so no disconnecting. I got a game of 3 going and a little bit of lag every so often nothing that bother u at all. If anyone ever played burnout 3 online, the cars jumped alot. there is not one single bit of jumping all very smooth. Now the setting up...hmm...well i had ps2 and computer plugged into the router. But it didnt work as the router was giving it a ip address instead of the program on the computer, so ive plugged the PS2 into back of the computer via 2nd network card and crossover cable and works a treat dont even have to enable internet connection sharing. If people want help setting it up, or want to know my layout and exact settings just pm me. bad points cant use ur own cars....but...ive worked out if you add certain cars to your favorites they become avaliable

get on phone say you want to speak to manager on duty. explain situation say its been over a month youve been waiting for a call back. explain you will be writing a review to some PC magazines in their readers sections about the really bad support in the situation unless it is solved very quickly. Also say you will cancel the debit and go to another provider. Or do u want me to ring them for you. i love to play hard ball on the phone
