most go 1.0bar ring and get a boost controller to take it to 1.2bar...or you can go 1.2 ring and hope you don't get any boost creep over the winter month's...most of the traders here have em. Use the search bud and get reading, loads of info on it...good luck :-)

Hey i totally know what you mean! and when you say to people "i will do it for a drink" i don't think they really get it:blink: I hardly drink at all and come Christmas time it all seems to come rolling in, i would say i enjoy the tin of biscuits more than the drink...so i usually take it home and have friends round so consume it all and with any-luck they bring round food :d in my eyes its a fair exchange and it a merry night for all to say the least;). I just wish my gas and electricity suppliers would do it for a drink as iam going to France soon:)

Your completely right!Did mine three years ago and had key hole surgery to tidy things up(even though i was told b4 that i was going under the knife for a total ACL reconstruction)they found when i was under that as it was only partially torn they would leave it:blink:...and now it's giving me such grief[ANGRY][/ANGRY] that i have just had another scan and finding out the results on Wednesday, i was told it will probably be an acl reconstruction:(My advice would be get it done right the first time as your only putting off the inevitable..i would like to add i have done all the physio and have been down the gym every other day since.I did mine snowboarding and i have been back since but it was really touch and go! i felt that the knee was so week and venerable. I would like to say that i did snap off the ball on my femur when i was a kid and had to have that screwed back on and have torn my cartilage once b4 too....but saying that the knee was 100% 4b the accident. So if your a lover of sports do your homework on the surgeon's as i wish i had:rolleyes: good luck mate!!
