I have a used one that you can have for £15 delivered?

Hi guys Having a few issues with my clutch and need a bit of help please. Basically, i have a Spec Super Twin plate clutch and flywheel combo. Driving around normally is fine, goes in gear and drives fine. When you rev higher and are on boost you are unable to change gear easily, you put your foot on the clutch but cannot get it into the next gear as it will not engage. I have already moved to a 3/4 (19MM) master cylinder and the issue is still present. I have just brought a 22MM master cylinder and i am hoping this will be the end of my issues, anyone got any advice? Thanks Adam

Sounds a bit off, however I don' think getting stopped by the same PC twice in a year is harassment.

Rectangle one is for EGR equipped cars. Goes between firewall and the head.

Whoops, good update, does your ECU have knock control?

This! I ended up needing a new engine because i went with someone local. I ended it trailering the car after the rebuild to TDI, they run it in on the dyno for 6 hours then it was mapped.

I have one, as i removed mine and fitted a different relay for my fans. Do you need the relay or just the plug?

Nice build so far mate, i would go way smaller than a 100 Micron for the fuel filter though. I went for 5 Micron's on mine.

Feel more sorry for Jason reading what's been posted so far. Keep up the good work, will be very satisfying when you hear it fire! Just make sure you spin the engine over by hand first, just in case....

Also done this mod several months ago, fixed my issue of my Spec Super Twin not disengaging at high RPM's. If you are ok with a welder, a 2 bolt 38MM wastegate flange can be used to mount to the chassis, then weld 2 studs for the master cylinder to it.
