  1. Has this thread just died after reading 17pages????
  2. I like both results in using that method
  3. Yeah sensible me agrees it is just too bad stupid me turns up and saddles myself with more debt.
  4. I thought female member was as good a reason for a thread bump as any.
  5. Same as that mate I am praying it should be near as it has been in the pipeline for ages now. I wrote on the thread today to see if there is any more info even a rough cost idea would be good. Was tempted to get the manifold from mvp but I am going try and hold out for pauls.
  6. All of it can be a bit of a grey area, like chris said I would rather put a better manifold on a na but its always a option to pass the time..... and more money out of my life.
  7. I found this site that sells "performance mods" and showed Scott M so we are now combining our snake oil and rocking horse crap sales and having a massive merger with this company. There is a 10% stake left in this new business and all I require is a GZ aerotop (colour depending) or a UK TT...
  8. Oh right good to know not that I would expect to ever get one was just a different Ecu I never knew was available and was something else to read about, Cheers for your help Nic
  9. I am guessing this is more down to our economy being crap now compared to your post 7-8 years ago. Mind you saying the gains are moderate surely the ultimate e-manage or mines don't wield much better results for their cost in comparison (excuse me if I am wrong though)
  10. http://www.tomsracing.co.jp/e/product/engine_tec2.htm Here is another link I found and after looking at the fitting chart it is compatible for loads of cars.
  11. This was the link nic had but my translating skills are not that good http://www.tomsracing.co.jp/onlineshop.html He said in his previous post he can put you in touch with the manager but seeing as it was 2004 when he mentioned it I am sure things are a tad different now though. I agree with you though as it seams good and interesting product for the NA.
  12. I was looking at some old threads to pass the time and I saw nic posted about a Toms pre mapped ECU for the na supra that can apparently gain about 10-15% hp gain which was priced at just under 1k albeit back in 2004. I wondered if anyone ever got round to using one of these as I see a few NA's running mines ecu ect and had never heard of them at all. Please none of the don't bother get a TT stuff was just out of my own curiosity and wanted anyone's feedback on this product.
  13. There is stretching and pushing to the point of no return.... sadly this is the latter.
  14. I have read sooooo many threads on here to pass the time which some where quite interesting. I always hope if I stay up then I will sleep better the next night but it never seams to happen for some reason and I do the same process having the odd small cat nap which I can't seam to stop doing. It seams such a waste of a day to be asleep during it but I suppose in reality I wont be going anywhere so why worry. My apologies for my newbie NA-T, TT NA mod questions when I signed up a month or so ago as where I have read so many of them lately I see why they annoy everyone.....I am wondering why every night I am up late I keep looking at stuff to buy for my car like the whifbitzs NA-T kit or 2jzgte engines when I am absolutely potless! I suppose it is nice to dream now and then.
  15. I believe the xbox will get a hammering soon when I am more in the mood. Lack of sleep the last few days makes my interest levels pretty low as if I do nothing I tend to not sleep at all I think I nodded off at 6am today and was up at half 8 and somewhat similar yesterday.... Maybe I should invest in a bottle of JD and just get hammered on my jack (as long as I don't pee myself on the way to the toilet or better yet get a room bucket!) I made sure I gave my car a good hammering just to say goodbye for the moment and I try and tell myself work wise I will miss the winter which for outside workers is pretty crappy due to weather effecting work and I suppose it keeps me from driving the car in the ice and snow if we get any this year.
  16. Yeah they had me doing that before I had my opp to strengthen my leg and due to the NHS making me wait 11months to have this operation (even then they bumped me to another place over an hour and a half away) I will have to do my exercises all at home though as where I have been out of work for so long now I can't afford a gym membership and had to give up the one I had before as when you earn zero 30-40quid a month feels a tad steep on top of rent and a loan repayment lol. The thing that worries me is being healthy enough to employ as doing roofing and standing in the batten gaps and being agile and mobile getting up and down carrying tiles etc is standard practice and I cant just bumble along and it somewhat concerns me as I don't want to run the risk of hurting myself as soon as I get back working but being off work sucks arse. Looks like I am a shoe in for arthritis in a few years time now as well which is good going as I was 25 when I first injured myself in May 2010.
  17. Has anyone here had knee surgery and how did you get on driving when you were allowed back on the road. The reason I ask is because I had a ACL reconstruction yesterday with a patella scrape and a cartilage clean up and my leg feels pretty fu**ed today. I was told I wont be able to drive for probably just over 6weeks and even then I have to get an all clear before I do attempt it. Any information anyone has about dealing with this surgery or any tips would be great especially if it speeds up recovery and gets me back to work quicker as I was told I wont be able to go back roofing until next march and even then I see that it is likely my knee wont even be 100% stable by that time either and due to that line of work I need to be as agile as possible.

    Thank you all

I must admit it is a shame "paul64" is not more involved. Jamesy how is the drift car hunt going?
  19. Graham1984

    Thank you all

I am finding this thread hard to masterbate too.
  20. Dear Paul, Please stop showing me pictures off things I want, think I want or cant afford. Many thanks Graham1984
  21. I preferred to use the term "had a bit of practice" over tolerance. Still glad I knocked it on the head though as a bottle of jd then the pub was just stupid.
  22. Agreed the front looks like a retard thought of it..... nice colour though.
  23. Was he going to hang himself due to being an Everton fan??
