  1. Usually only once/wk, sometimes only once/fortnight :thumbdown Just don't get the time really, have only done 5k miles in the last yr! It's cos I live so close to work so barely use it in the week.
  2. 4xstock 16's on legal 225 rubber. Very good condition. £50 for the lot or £15 each. I'm based in Reading. Thanks:thumbs:
  3. Hi, Does anyone know the difference between pre-facelift & facelift 17” stock alloys? Apart from the centre hub design? Apparently the facelift wheel has a slightly different design, can anyone tell the difference just by looking at pics? I’ve seen both wheels in photos but apart from the plastic centre hub I really can’t see any difference Is this a 96+ facelift wheel? http://www.megaboost.co.uk/supra/min...s/P1010791.JPG Certainly looks the same as: http://www.engine-power.com/img/spec...a_mk4tt_06.jpg Many thanks in advance
  4. Hi mate, I'll take them. I'm in the SE though so we'll have to sort something out re. pick up. delivery etc. Let me know how u'd like payment etc. You have PM. Thanks
  5. Also interested in these! Can someone confirm that the facelift centre hubs def fit pre-facelift stock 17" wheels? Thanks
  6. Just seen this thread, can't believe this guy is still in business. Took my mkiv n/a to him about 3 yrs ago to have the cooling system checked because the heater wasn't working. Picked it up the next day & it was a different car, misfiring, wouldn't accelerate + heater still didn't work. He said it was dampness & it would be fine after a good run once it dried out? He'd flushed the cooling system out and completely soaked the engine in the process. After a week it was the same, took it back to my usual garage (Woodcock Hill, Surrey) who found that the front cat was completely knackered and the plugs were sitting in water, took them quite a few hrs to put it right. Stay well away from this guy... :thumbdown
  7. Maybe interested as I'm looking for a cheap runaround for the mrs. Is it 3 or 5 door? What colour? & with it being a Ghia what extras does it have? Also where are you based? Thanks
  8. Many thanks for that Todd, think you've hit the nail on the head there, exactly what I needed. Have downloaded the s/w with the sound files & set it up on the ipaq. Time to test it now....
  9. http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras-poiwarner.php You might need to purchase POI Warner though, something like it is included in version 5. Dudes! Brought tomtom3 with the 2210 + car kit etc. V.smart piece of kit, quite impressed with it. Have downloaded the safety camera database from the link above which works but doesn't give me an audio warning, instead just displays the little camera icon as you're approaching it. Is there a way of configuring the settings to do this or do I need POI Warner? Anyone know if I can download this free anywhere? Costs about 20 euros which isn't much but free would be better Many thanks guys
  10. Aye Carrumba I'll take em all...! You lot are just too darn fussy...
  11. Audi A8 in SILVER made for an Arab. IT'S NOT SILVER PAINT............IT'S SOLID SILVER!!!!!........apparently. Looks awesome, what do you guys think?
  12. Nice one for stepping in mate, good job you were around. The only thing missing on you is a cape Truck driver sounds like an idiot, hope she gets it sorted
  13. So sounds like tomtom 3 is worth going for, he wants £100 for the bluetooth sat receiver, s/w & 2210 cradle, worth it? Cost him £250.
  14. Thanks for the replies guys! Will have a look on ebay.
  15. Hey everyone, Mate at work brought this for £200 not so long ago (maybe 6 months) and has asked if I want to buy it. Any idea how much this is worth? It's the one designed to run on a pda via bluetooth (which I'll have to buy as well). Also can you load up the camera detecting database on this version? & is this s/w free? Sorry about all the qu's, I'll only consider buying it if tells you where the cameras are as well as sat nav.
  16. Def go facelift mate, I did, IMO gives the soop a much more modern sophisitcated look.
  17. Check http://www.f9.net.uk/support/features/contention_guide.shtml, basically the bandwidth provided is shared with other users, ie. 30:1 = sharing with 29 other users, 50:1 with 49 other users. So 50:1 is slower than 30:1.
  18. Sorry the 30:1 contention at 2mb has a 1gig download limit. It's £1 per gig u want on top. Or you can get 2mb at 50:1 contention with unlimited download. Or pay £21.99 for 2mb 30:1 unlimited download. Don't download much myself so went with the 1gig limit. It's lightning fast & customer service is spot on.
  19. Very nice supra that, but then I would say that cause it's the same as mine , excpet yours is a genuine facelift whereas mine just has facelift lights & indicators. Good choice mate
  20. I signed up with force9 last week, 2mb, 30:1 contention at £14.99, goto http://www.force9.co.uk, or check http://www.adslguide.org.uk/, does a good comparison on speed, reliability & customer service for about 30 different providers.
  21. Just scored 121 on my 4th game, does that make me a complete geek? I need to get out more...
  22. Agreed that is a little bit harsh, but what was he thinking throwing the tv out after her? He's gota buy a new one now, I dunno some people....
