    Thanks mate, Will give that a go but looking to sell the car shortly so need a professional to look at it ideally. The bonnet isn't actually too bad so will give that a go. Can anyone recommend a reasonable paint man or bodyshop? Thanks again

    My parents are OAP’s now, parked outside a shop and came out to find the wing+bonnet keyed by some pinhead (see pics). Can anyone advise a good paintshop that will do a decent job - without being too pricey? Would rather pay someone on this site than use an expensive local garage. Many thanks

    Have a question for you DSLR experts out there, I'm looking for an entry level DSLR with 10MP, comes down to the Nikon D40x or the Canon D400. Both have rave reviews, and comparisons are v.close. Prefer the handling of the Nikon. Any others worth considering? Any advice appreciated

    There's an article in Mens Health about Casein protein. In some recent 10 week study they asked men to lift weights then finish each workout with a whey protein shake or a beverage containing whey & casein protein. Those who downed the casein packed on about 5 pounds more muscle. Casein is more slowly digested, helping to prevent the breakdown of muscle. May get some when I get back in the gym, got a shoulder injury right now so can't do a lot... Let us know how u get on

    Raleigh Merlin Gents Racer. This is my dads bike and has probably done about 30 miles since new, has sat in the garage for 99% of its life, hence all original shimano components, excellent condition and goes like new. Has 5 gears but these are fine for someone who's not a serious enthusiast. Based in Rochester, Kent. Prefer if buyer collects. Only £50
