  4. Ill get out and check the IACV this weekend and give it all a clean along with checking all the lines out!
  5. When warm it it sits just under 1000 fine! No I haven't been fiddling with it yet thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions on here before I did!
  6. Yes its very low when its cold! Its about 500 Max i'd guess without checking!
  7. Found them now, could not see them as was not a paid member!
  8. Sorry but what is the WSM? i cant find it? I cant find and reference to a cold start sensor when googling any idea where this is located on the N/A?
  9. No its not be washed it has been happening for months now but just getting time to sort it! I have fitted new plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor arm but no change.
  10. Having a few issues if anyone can give me any advise The car will only start with a bit of throttle applied until it is warmed up, if you take your foot off the pedal it will bog down and stall. When the car is warmed up to temperature it is fine and can be turned off and then started again fine. It used to rev high then drop as it warms like it meant to but not any more. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
  11. Cheers mate I'm hoping it will sort the starting issues for this one I'm working on as well. What starting issues were you having?
  12. Ok i think im being very dim here i still cant find it! If you could have a look for me mate that would be brilliant?
  13. Thanks mate didnt think it was radiator! Im trying to find it to chnage myself as it struggles to start without help when cold! Toyota want £55 for the sensor which i didnt think was bad but somehow couldnt tell me its location on the engine that worried me a bit!
  14. Ok so now im confused as to where the Sensor actually is? Anyone no on the N/A? Its the ECU coolant Sensor im after not the dash one.
  15. Yeh its still on the road but the owner doesn't live on the island anymore its back for me to sort out then i'm sure it will be off again.
  16. Hey mate yes i have seen you round and even met you. It is my friend Nat's car met you at Top car park of Cineworld that time ages ago you were with the black supra (luke was it?) It was the silver one with the kit on? I thought the one in the radiator was the Temp sensor for the dash gauge? Or at least i'm reading the workshop manual wrong (quite possible btw!)
  17. Hi All Am doing a few bits on my friends supra and it needs a new ECU Coolant Temp Sensor. I found this on eBay but cannot find a Non turbo equivalent, are they the same? Is there anywhere else i can get one if they are not? Don't mind a second hand one for diagnostic purposes. eBay Sensor: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150706781515?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1118wt_1111 Also any one with any tips for removing and fitting the new one as if i'm correct it is the sensor screwed into the block under the power steering assembly is it not? Tried the workshop manual but couldn't see it in there! I'm an MR2 person myself so supra's are a new project for me any help or tips appreciated.
  18. First post from me! Ive just gone through the whole thread its a really good way to spend my afternoon! Cars looking great and hope its sorted soon! I now want tangtastics though lol
