I got the headlight cheap as they were yellow and good polish and they looked like new . On to paint starting with painting the inner wing Then onto preping and priming the rest of the panels Then in the oven for some paint Some of the panel back on the car afer painting All built up and finished Rich.

Well i had all this pictures on my phone and i could not get them off but now i have a new phone i have got them all on the computer so i can finish this thread off . i started by taking the side skirts off today so i could get the sill clamps on and got the supra on the jig I had to give it a right good pull to the right and down as you look at the picture ,i had to move the chassis legs about 3 inch in the end to get bonnet gaps again .but it came out real nice in the end . The front bolt on part of the front panel is well twisted up and i have ordered a new one from toyota and i need to get a new indiator / side light lamp as one is smashed but they are not standard ones so i need to find out where i can get one or a pair from but i have everything now / its on order apart from that lamp so i should have all the panel work done for the end of the week . Ok i removed the front section of the front panal as it was all twisted up i paid £46 for it i did not think that was bad at all . I then refitted the new panal and tried the headlights in to makes sure everything fitted nice Then i pop the bumper on to complete the front and check all gaps . On to repairs and repaired the dent on the wing and the dent small dents in the inner wing . Rich

It a Apexi GT (i believe) the pipe is 3.75 inch to the 3 inch of the nur spec This is the exhaust i brought . Rich.

I have just brought a new exhaust so im selling my old nur spec system , it could do with a clean and there is some damage to the underside of the exhaust from the speed bumps around my way Im looking for £250 collected from LE10 3BY (Hinckley , Leicestershire) Rich.

ill take it ,its a 1.3 petrol , those engine are poo for eating cams, push rods and rockers . but the good thing is that engine was used right up to 2008 so there are loads on the second hand market , you get one for £100 . but that does not help you right now , just get off the motorway at least that way when it brakes down it will not cost you £150 to get tow'd off . Working at the weekend is not good mate , you get it all sorted in the end , you had to claim on your insurance in the end , at least the car is on the mend , you will have to pop it down to show me once you have it all finished . Rich.

Have you got any of your brakes binding on ,as i was getting low mpg and my brake were sticking on . Rich.

You should not really have to use any grease on the pistons , But if are going to us some go for the yellow stuff as like you say the copper grease will kill the seals . Rich.

2nd that dunk the abs on mine is great , You can get second hand parts easy just pop a thread in the wanted section for the parts you need ,thats what i did a few months back when i spun mine and damaged the front , i got all the parts sorted in less than 24 hours with help from members of the forum , and the car was back on the road 2 weeks later . Thats right mate , what damage did it do to the van ? can you sort it all out ,outside the insurance to save your no claims . my excess is £750 so i would try and sort it out without involving them if the cost of repair was under that . Rich.

From the looks of the pictures the 1/4 panel is dented in as the door sticks out from the 1/4 panel . as others have said mate if you are making a move into the road they will put the blame on you sorry to say . Rich.

As i said in my first post the front calipers were fully recondictioned 4 months ago all the seals and pistons were replaced with brand new ones and i have had the back to bits yesterday and 100% there is nothing on the caliper siezed at all .The pads are new and so are the disc's . The car is a jspec tt6 with abs ,the from set up is front a lexus ls400 Rich.
