  1. Can anyone recommend a wheel refurber in Suffolk area please? I have ask Ibrar who seems very good, but the postage might kill it? Many thanks
  2. its prefered, yes. i would have. Seems ot be tyre related.....
  3. Had it looked at Volvo and couldnt find a problem, which was what i was expecting. They swaped the tyres around and it now pulls slightly to the left!!
  4. That’s what we've agreed. To be fair he said he wouldn’t feel happy selling it to me with the problem so he said he would try and fix it via Volvo - if they can’t I don’t buy it, but I would like it sorted.
  5. Oh, its 3 years old and done 60k. Shock was replaced due to leak. I assume the other front would be best replaced to keep them paired?
  6. Hi, I’m looking at buying a car (Volvo!) which tracks very slightly to the right when coasting, although when accelerating is reasonable. I cant say I remember the steering wheel moving although it did seem to want to pull very very slightly to the right when driving in a straight line. Its just had 3 new tyres (rears and drivers front - 235/40/18) and a new drivers front shock absorber - by a Volvo main dealer. I don’t think its been tracked. I appreciate it could be a number of things, although does anyone have any starters please? Its going back to Volvo for them to have a look, but talking to them on the phone they didnt see too sure. Many thanks
  7. Sorry!!! I did a search and couldnt find it!! Please shoot me :imsorry::d

    Preludes?

I also had a Vtec and the Supe has never really filled the gap its left – possibly because the Lude was my main car, whereas the Supe is isnt now??? But the dash and design is still great IMO. I personally would only consider the Vtec, but depends on your drive and running costs. If you’re on the motorway a lot then I’d opt for the 2.3. But the biggest must is a LSD. I think I’d choose a FWD LSD rather than a RWD non-LSD, it is that good. The Lude just wanted to pull you round every single corner and the feed back was lovely. The 4WS was also great. Mine never gave me an ounce of problem. I think the Integ is a bit too raw for a daily drive, but still practical and a fantsic car as well. Don’t you just love the Vtec & sound though!! I think it will be a great buy if you can find a good one. What about an import if they’re still about? Hmm you’ve got me thinking now…………… As before: no Lexus lights and no big wings Just the factory skirts and a Mugan single - lovely
  9. I’m not going to talk about the responsibility aspect, but what lovely roads and that sound from the Ferrari’s! Reminds me of the Stockholm videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg7axRkFNFU&feature=player_embedded http://uk.autoblog.com/2010/03/30/on-video-actual-irresponsible-behaviour/?icid=main|uk|dl5|link2|http%3A%2F%2Fuk.autoblog.com%2F2010%2F03%2F30%2Fon-video-actual-irresponsible-behaviour%2F

    Steve Davis

I saw Steve Davis down at our local snooker club at the weekend. A really nice chap and entertainer. Down to earth, took the pee out of him self and seemed really genuine. He’s was my favorite player when I was a lad. He played a few frames with some local champs, a couple out of the hat and then some trick shots. Still an exceptional player!
